The Rookie looked confused for a moment, then twisted his head around to look at his rucksack. He punched it hard with his elbow.

The cat leap over onto another lower rooftop, it sat on the edge, scratching behind it's ear with it's back leg. The cat then climbed down and walked along, flicking it's tail behind it as it tried to avoid getting walked over by people.

"Thank you, kind sir." Adam said as he took the cards. He lowered the rifle slightly, then backed out of the shop.

Tao wandered around and found Noel after some time. She saw her going into a store and bounded after her.

"Now, let's get going." He walks back to the car and opens it up. "Any one of you three know how to start one of these things? I figured it's this green button here."

The statue made a thud as it hit the ground, still emitting the light bubble around the girls. Ness quickly reaches to it and presses the button again, causing the light slowly fade and the humming to return to its lower volume. She sighs slightly as she answers Rowena. "It's something... I was working on. Let's leave it at that." She looks to Echo and scratches the back of her neck. "Echo... remember to only hit that button when you're in danger..."

Taking the designs, Ness smiles quite a bit before handing them back. "These designs are... well done. Maybe I should try to use these designs next time I need a weapon of some sort." I could definitely use the recoil reduction on a few of the guns I have now.

"There are wars in my world, but they never last that long, no. And when out ecosystems are dominated by wyverns and lesser Elder Dragons, as well as the occasional appearance of the Greater Elder dragons, we can't afford to wipe ourselves out like that. Besides, I've never heard of it among hunters either." She replied, then thought about it.
"These... aliens. Where did they come from? Why do they want to wipe his people out?" She asked softly.

"Uh, hello there." Jessica nervously replied to the wildman after his somewhat odd reaction to her trying to get his attention. "Um, what's your name?" She tilted her head to the side curiously as she noticed the wildman seemed young enough that he could be referred to as a wild-boy instead. I wonder what this one's story is?

"Well, the airship manufactoring is near the dock. You just need to pass through it, though."

The wild man -fuck it, boy then- boy smiled as Jessica mirrored his movement, but when she spoke to him, he only frowned, as if he knew what the language she was speaking was, but couldn't remember it well enough to respond, or figure out what she was asking.

Ness nods toward Echo. "The bubble will protect you from people or things trying to hurt you. The problem is that the bubble will only last for a little while, so you can't use it all the time. And if you activate it while someone who wants to hurt you is in the bubble, you'll be stuck with them in there. So please... be careful with it."

The cat continued walking around when it saw one of Ness's Statues, the cat curiously walked over, sat down and watch her her and Echo. "Meow..." the cat called out, as it tail flicked a couple of times behind it.
