Persephone and Echo walked a bit away from the group. "You must know I have...I have become quite close to dear Holly in the time she has been living with me. I care for her as much as I do for you, although she is more responsive to my affection than you, even when you were at that age." she said. Echo started to say something, but found herself rendered completely silent. "Just listen. Now, you also did a fairly good job of watching over her in that other place, which I recognize and commend you for. It is because of this...that I feel I can trust you to be responsible and look after her like you did then." she continued. She smiled down at Echo and her niece reluctantly smiled back. Persephone crouched down in front of Echo and embraced her softly. "You know I don't enjoy punishing you, dear. I...I don't want you to hate me. I just...I'm just doing what I think is right. I always have faith that you'll grow up to be a wonderful person. I want to try and make sure it happens, that's all..." she said in a soft, sincere voice. Echo, after some time, gave her aunt a loose hug back. They both smiled small smiles before moving away from one another and heading back to the others.

"Hmm...looks like we're gonna move soon..." Tao said as she heard Jess. She suddenly grabbed Holly by the arm and brought her with her as she ran up to Jess. "Do we have time to eat first, meow?" she asked her.

OoC: Gonna go eat for a bit. Rex will follow the group headed toward Fourside.

Rex looks over as he hears Holly's name. "Well... That was certainly unexpected..." He muttered to himself as he looks over at Felina. Seriously didn't expect her to be the one with the mech... "Yeah, guess so." He rises up off the floor and stands up, stretching himself out.

Ness starts wandering around a bit as she yawns. Lalala~.

"Oh. Well... Uuhhh... sorry." he looked away, his embarrassment increasing. He turned back to Jessica, with a small happy grin. "Well yeah, I think you're cute....... I don't see why anybody would think so otherwise."

Holly near fell over as Tao grabbed her arm and started to pull her along. "Wait Missss Tao! I wasss suppossse to ssstay over there!" She said to Tao, as she relecudently came over to the others, Holly just looked away. Slightly shy of the new people around her and waited for Echo to return.

"I'm going to go get ready..." Felina says as she walks towards the city limits.

"I don't think Felina would appreciate us spending any more time here than we have to. And I'd prefer to get moving now too." Jessica replied to Tao. "Hmm? Who's this?" She asked, noticing Tao was pulling Holly along.

Looking over at Kyouske, she shook her head apologetically, "It's fine. I mean, how could you have honestly known?" She couldn't help but blush and scratch at her right sleeve once again. I know a pretty good reason... She thought with a sigh as she composed herself once again. "Anyway, I have to get going now. I have to go help a mother find her daughter. Bye."
Seeing Felina's impatience as being perfectly justified, Jessica followed after her, motioning to those that were going to follow her to Fourside to now do so.

"Oh, okay then..." Tao said without protest. "This is Holly, meow. I just met her." she added as Holly gave a small wave to Jess.

Echo and Persephone arrived back and Holly ran to them. Persephone said her goodbyes to the two younger girls and left.

The three follow after Jess.

"I honestly couldn't have known. And I'm sorry for my ignorance. But now... I'll think about joining along with this.... 'find a daughter' deal." Kyosuke shrugged as he decided to see what everybody was doing.

Felina, having made it to her mech, began the activation procedures.

OoC: Aaand I'm back. Four hours, as expected.

Loki had been wandering around Fourside in his business suit disguise, looking for other relatively small businesses to take over. He had found some that interested him, but decided not to act for the time being. After making a mental note on the locations of the stores, Loki headed towards the labatory.

"Good evening. I would like to see Professor Lucia." he said to the receptionist, walking up to the counter.

Rex follows the group toward the mech. He calmly places Blair on his head, as it was more comfortable for him to carry her that way, no matter how awkward it looked. The demon looks up toward the mech to see more about it. Weapons aside... This thing is huuuuuge...

Ness grabs a news tablet and begins scrolling through a few articles, looking for anything about the impending war or the lack of Legaian airships.

@Trilby: We're going to go look for a kidnapped girl!

Having gotten the attention of everyone she had convinced to help her, Jessica walked over to Felina's mech, keeping a safe distance as she waited for it to power up and get moving.

OOC: Right, I'm coming off for dinner. Jessica will follow Felina for the time being.

Through Kyosuke's wandering about, he eventually saw Ness wandering as well as he gave a small wave.

Rémy wandered around the city, then spotted Rex and a group of other people. He sped up, and fell in line with Rex.

After scrolling through for a bit, Ness looks up and sees Kyosuke waving at her. She waves back as she approaches him. "Good afternoon, Kyosuke. How are you?" She says with a small smile.

Rex points to the mech. "We're gonna run around a big city to find that mech pilot's daughter." He then points to the cat. "...And this is a cat that travels with us... and I don't feel like carrying her with my hands all the way over to Fourside..."

[u]Action is Imminent![/u]

It seems that action is imminent on the Xiphatian front.  We have received no word of confirmation from government officials with the Ministry of the Military, but our reporters have noticed a recent influx of airships coming to the airport in Fourside.  It is believed that the attack will come from there.

We have also noticed that there are fewer than normal ships in the port at Port Letosh.  We believe this may be an attempt to fortify the bases in the Wild Lands against possible Xiphatian aggression.

Felina's mech was smaller and sleeker than the units that they had seen before. It began to hum as the machine came alive.

"Um... I don't know if that is possible. Lucia is rather busy at the moment. Can you tell me what it pertains to?" The receptionist asked.

"Pretty dandy. Looks like a few of us are going after some lost daughter or something. Thought I might just inform you." Kyosuke gave a small smile back.
