Several other Beastkin had ran the imediate area after hearing Sam's howl, just in time to see him die. Some of them gasped in horror while others were enraged. "You monster!"

With that, the soldiers took an elevator up to the higher levels of the government building. Once they left, the civilians moved away from the wall, most mumbling in annoyance.
