The door opens, and Anna stands at the door. "Hello? May I help you?"

"Lazarus is a General. He gets what he wants. I have yet to actually test their abilities in the lab. And I'm still working on the next generation. I need to be able to compare their results under the same conditions." Soto replied.

"Fine, what do I need to do to get those GRUNTS?"

Ness smiles a bit toward the bunny beastkin as well. "Would you mind if I assisted you, Mrs. Paprika?"

Yukino smirks again. [color=bb66bb] "Leave it to me." [/color] Suddenly, she disappears from sight and starts to make her way toward the tower, keeping her steps silent and her mouth shut.

Rex watches and waits where the group is,

"hello ma'am. I'm looking to recruit one of your students as a local guide as I do a rather large pest control job, dealing with imps and a dragon and the like. I've run into problems with this contractor before, and I've met somebody here who's studied the local flora and fauna, which would be an immense help to ensure I clean out the appropriate creatures. No one wants innocent creatures dead, if we can help it. I just wanted to check with you, to ensure that its okay, and if necessary work out a payment method."

"If it means you will look at me again, yes." Sophia said to Jessica. She didn't know why Jessica's arm was so heavy but she figured she'd find out soon. "Um... sure I guess?" A perplexed expression across her face, she lead Jessica back to her room.

When they eventually got there she unlocked the door and walked in.

"Right about now, I wish I had something for this..." Savranth said, then looked to Rex. "You still angry?"

Grace and Yukino would find that the tower, while set up for people was still empty. A grand hall led back.

The floating city moved and began to meet with several airships that seemed to have been waiting for it.

"That would be lovely." Paprika said with a smile.

"You want to ask one of my students as a guide for something like that?" Anna replied. She looked to be in thought. "That sounds dangerous and these students are here under my protection. I don't think I can just let a student go with you to fight dragons and such..."

"Find me someone who can fight them as a test sample, so that I can get a good measurement of their abilities." Soto relied. "I won't lend out the last of my GRUNTS otherwise."

OoC: @Furi: The intention was that there would a group of people. Including those willing to fight the GRUNTS. It's not really set up for a single person to do without getting in a fight.

Tedd nods, and continues to Ride with Dredd.
"Airships. Wonder what their for?"[hr]
Grace looks around the tower, and entered the Grand Hall.

Yukino, still cloaked, continues down toward the hall.

Rex looks over at Sav and shrugs a bit. "About you? Naw, I'm over it. About this guy? Yeah, I'm still pissed. Hate people who try to walk over others." He looks over at the airships and frowns a bit. "...This guy is WAY too loaded."

Ness gives Paprika a small curtsy as she exits to help out. Oh... This is reminding me of all those waitress hours during college... Hehe... Good times.

"oh no, she wouldn't be doing any of the fighting. I simply need her to ensure the targeted creatures aren't revered or endangered, so that the balance of the ecosystem is maintained. I promise you, she won't have to lift a finger once the combat starts, simply practice the knowledge she has been learning at this school to help protect Lakewest, and net a bit of the payment."

"Yeah... Seems Yukino was on to something. It seems he really plans to challenge both nations. That must be what this city is for... To be his new capital. The seat of a third power..." Savranth said looking to the ships.

Within the Grand Hall, far at the end sat Icarus on a throne. A grand throne made of pure Mithril, with gold trimming, and a seat made of velvet. The hall was obviously intended to be where he entertained guests. He looked to Grace as she entered, eyes narrowed. "Kneel."

The ships began to dock with the city.

Parpika continued to set the table. "Why were you so curious, anyway?"

"I suppose you could ask the student... I'm still weary of doing that though..." Anna replied.

Jessica walked into Sasha's room after her, shutting the door tightly behind her, and seeming incredibly cautious in doing so. "Okay, so, we have privacy in here, right? Nobody has any way of looking in here aside from just walking in, right?" She asked Sasha, being far more cautious of her surroundings than she had been the previous two times she'd let anyone see her right arm.

Grace looked at Icurus, and cleared her throat, "Tell me, do you run Rockbryd? What are you doing?" She shouts at him, "I just want to know."

Sophia seemed troubled by that thought, frankly she didn't know for sure. She looked at her bed in the room, if someone had been watching they could have been watching her sleep this whole time. "No, Head Mistress Anna wouldn't do such a thing. It's safe here." She said very sure of herself.

Tedd nodded, "You see any large ramps, any platforms? You see anything that can fly?" he says.

Yukino keeps herself a bit back as behind some sort of cover as she listens to Grace. [color=bb66bb] Well... let's see how badly this goes... [/color]

Rex looks around at the ships docking. "Yeah... but he has no army to back him. He's really freaking confident... unless those ships are carrying reinforcements. Looks like we're gonna see some action."

Ness giggles softly as she continues. "I apologize.... I'm a bit stubborn when it comes to things that are still left a bit in the air. ...When you told me you had a sister so suddenly, I couldn't really ignore it..." She pauses for a moment. "In that moment, you seemed... sad, so when I saw her, I had to be sure everything lined up.. so you wouldn't have to worry about her any longer."
