Jessica took the book she found over to a table, where she proceeded to read through it. She paid close attention to dates, as that was the primary source of her curiosity, but she still read through everything else in the book while avoiding simply skimming through it.

Holly giggled as Echo dived at her. "I can ssstill get away!" She said to Echo with a smile, as she tired to get up in time to run.

"Earth? Cancer? what are you talking about? Your on Nirn and Riften is in Skyrim, come on Maria these are jsut commoly known facts." She replied, She withdrew her hand and awas a little suprised by how strong her grip was. Lilah cast Detect Life with a larger radius this time after her first result showed no other life in the area.
@Nile this would probably detect your guy, if hes living that is.

"Yes. Now, be silent. At least you won't have to suffer. We'll just dispel the magic keeping you alive, then you can rest in peace once more. The so called Wizard, will probably be put to Death." The soldier replied.

"A little girl. She couldn't speak, but he apparently chased her, in her underwear, I might add, after knocking her out and stealing her off. I hate to think what he had planned for her." The soldier replied.

"Nirn? Skyrim? The Clancer's never mentioned those names when I talked with them about Regions or towns on the planet and I haven't seen them mentioned in the database on Earth... But if this is Nirn then where is that in space?" Maria asked looking a little lost.

The figure retreated behind the boulder momentarily to have a look through what they had on their person.

Okay, so that explains some of that stuff I saw while I was there. Still not much of an idea as to why there are spirits running around thinking it's 18 years and 8 months in the past yet. Jessica continued reading through the book she had found.

@demon: *Shrug* I don't think anyone else who was participating has been around all day yet.

Ridcully bolts up and looks at him in shock, "WHAT DID I DO!?" Ridcully shouts at him.

, and got up, walked through a wall, and came back carrying a Styrofoam container filled with Curry. He begins to... Well, eat some of it, and offers some to Ridcully. Ridcully declines, and so Death offers some to the soldier.

OoC: To quote Death in "Mort," on page 44 of what I think is the Harpertorch edition, he said to Mort about walking through walls:

"Oh... I see..."Cynane trailed off, unsure how to respond. Clearly the chill that she had gotten from the cloaked figure had not been misplaced.

It suddenly ocured to Lilah that she might not actualy be on Nirn, let alone Skyrim. "Well um...Lilah detected the figure and saw him hide bhind a rock. She casualy readyed her Bow and drew arrow from her quiver [sub]"Quiet, theres someone, or something behind that rock over there."[/sub] Lilah gestured with her head at the boulder. [sub]"Be ready for a fight....[/sub] Hey you behind the rocks!, come out quietly." She yelled as she crouched down, keping her bow aimed at the figure's purply aura.
@Nile i have no idea how that last sentance came out like that.

"No you get away!" Holly said giggling, she then grabbed Echo's arm and stuck her tongue out at her childishly.

OOC: @Salt Death just makes himself not believe in walls and walks through them but since the power of belief doesn't work here Death actually probably wouldn't be able to do that, or it's just because he's an anthropomorphic personification of death also @Wacky A wizard declining food! What sort of world is this, next the walls will run red and the skies will turn purple

"No you!" Echo replied as she lunged at Holly and pinned her to the ground, still grinning madly.

"You think this is a game? Very well." The Soldier walks off for a few minutes. When he returns he has a magical charm which he places on the ground. After a moment he smiles. Death would find that he could no longer phase through the walls or teleport.

A soldier approaches Echo. "Excuse me, little girl. But I have been looking for you. We need you to press charges against the people who attacked you."

8952 AE XX:  After some concerns with how the town would be built and layed out, it was decided that the town would be layered.  A Xiphatian quarter, a Legaian quarter, and a neutral Quarter for the people to meet each other.  A small military presence from both nations would be provided to ensure both nations would have a force for protection.  A small council would be elected from members of both nations to represent those of each nation.
8955 AE XX:  Construction is completed.  People from both nations are encouraged to move there.

OoC: @Demon: Well, I'm willing to say magic, and technically under that thought, he shouldn't be able to do that anyway, due to the magic negating effects of the cells, but that's taken care of.

Echo looked up at the man and scrambled to her feet, bringing Holly up with her. "P-press charges?" she asked, sounding nervous.

OoC: @Demon, Actually, My personal idea is that there's a small puncture in the fabric of time-and-space, and since The Death of Rats is basically just part of death given a separate existence (And I like to think of them as tied together, because without DoR, he's not qute WHOLE) the belief is channeled through Death of Rats to Death.
Also, He's the personification of Death. Not the grim reaper, but death, which everyone knows, therefore, he's still believed in.
@Salt, Tell me, does it make the walls last for all of eternity? Because, if that's so, then it probably won't work. Death can ignore walls because he's going to live until the Disc dies, therefore most walls, such as those made of stone or wood (which crumbles/erodes and rots), don't really exsist at all, in the grand scheme of things. He's basically spreading his view of time, then un-spreading it as I understand it.. And (Quoted right out of the book) It's not magic, so any magic-nullifying charms will be moot.

Well, if the dates I have line up right, I should be getting to the whole 'Hope extinguished' part soon enough. Jessica thought as she continued pressing forwards in her reading. She would occasionally take a moment to look up from her book and around at the room she was in, to see if anyone else was around.

"Huh? What do you...? [sub]Okay![/sub]" Maria asked in a confused tone before shrugging and raising her hands into fists. The covers over her boosters quietly slid open as she turned and faced in the direction that Lilah had indicated.

The figure heard one of the woman call out in their direction and stopped rummaging beneath the jacket they wore. The figure then silently and stealthily stood out from behind the boulder and faced the two women.

Meanwhile, In Solaris, a strange looking dimensional gate opened. it crack with small pink and purple lighting as someone walked threw, wearing a long brown cloak. "Dimensional number 68,426,916,293 complete, the world that was a war of magic and technology...." The figure gave a small chuckle. "Oh...this place shall be fun!" the figure then started to walk towards the north of the city.
