Blair yawned a bit more and sat up on the roof. "Good morning to you too Rexy <3" She said smiling. "You got some insects around you or something?" She asked, tilting her head a little.

Holly smiled then looked down to the ground a little. "Sssorry about arguing yesssterday, I don't want to upssset you..." She said, sounding apologetic.

Ness giggled a bit as she scratched behind one of Tao's ears.

Rex shrugs a bit after punching out one last time. "Naw... just practicing a bit." He turns toward Blair. "...So you've always been able to do that pumpkin stuff?"

Grace looked at Echo and Holly, and offered them a bit of ice cream.
"Ice Cream?"

Tao purred and started hugging one of Ness' legs.

"Sorry. I don't want to upset you." Echo replied as she hugged Holly a little tighter.

Echo, having never heard of ice cream, was wary of the offer.

"It's ice cream, see?" she says, handing him the waffle cone, "It's perfectly fine, it's like milk, but tastier and colder!"

Ness jolted a bit as the catgirl clutched her leg. She continues to scratch behind her ears, being a bit wary now.

A portal opened up next to Ness, which Jessica promptly stepped out of, letting it close up behind her once she was completely free of it. "Hey." She greeted Ness rather simply.

The crow that had left the Xiphatian base the previous night was now flying around the Legaian Defense base. It landed on the highest perch it could find and began idly cleaning its wings.

Holly return Echo's hug and smiled.

"Yep! it's my magic you see" Blair explained to Rex, as she licked her left paw.

Tao removed one arm from Ness' leg and waved at Jess. "Hi Scaredy Kaka! Can you take us to food neow?" she asked.

Ness looked over slightly surprised at Jessica's appearance. "Hey. Are we doing more sleuthing today?"

Rex looked over and raised an eyebrow. "...So you only deal with pumpkins or do you use other things as magic?" Maybe she's a plant type...

"I guess so." Jessica replied to Tao. She pulled out a piece of grey chalk from one of her coat pockets, then knelt down and began drawing a chalk circle on the ground. Looking up from her drawing, she answered Ness by saying, "Well, what you told me you found out yesterday gave me something else to look into. You could help me look into that if you want to, though it would probably just mean going to a library and reading some books." She then went back to finishing her chalk circle.

The crow would see various Legaian soldiers going about their duties, surveying the area, maintenance, moving cargo and such.

Holly starts to get out the car, waiting for Echo to follow.

"Well I have a few magic tricks up my sleeve" Blair said to Rex, then tranformed and put a hand on her hip. "Although pumpkins are my favorite! <3" She added with a smile.

"Hey now friend. I'm no coward, but I've got no interest in fighting in someone else's war." Marston said to the general as he crossed his arms over his chest.

Echo followed Holly.

Ness slowly rose up off the ground and nodded toward Jessica. "I'm more than fine reading a few books. I'll help you out."

Rex chuckles a bit. "I see... feel free to show me them anytime."

Grace shrugged, "Are you guys sure you don't want ice cream?" she asked.
