"You want to do what? Are you joking?" Athena asked.
"No ma'am. I merely want to try. We maybe able to not only end this war, but all wars, if I succeed." Savranth replied to her.

[hr]

"Well, that's what you wanted, right?" The convict says as they came to another sewer outlet.

The sensory user waits for a minute. "I don't hear the military, but we're probably still pretty close..."

OoC: @Kirke: Um, you mean with the military or with the citizens?
@Dot: When you want Thyme has something to give Vanessa.

"It is what I wanted... as for this manhole, we should probably keep going." Said Envy, continuing on.

OoC: @Salty, gonna have to time bubble it again, leaving for work in 5 minutes

Lura looks through her sniper lens, watching the battle finish. "now, if I was that sniper, I'd kill the high ranking Legaian before she can rat out her people. Where oh where are you, little sniper...?"

OoC: @Saltyk: His penal servitude. He's supposed to work his debt to the state off. I'd kinda like him to meet Jessica, so could he have penal servitude that required him to walk around the city?

Lyra spot, off in the distance a Legaian airship approaching the mountains.

[hr]

Volarian, aboard the Xiphatian airship, spots it. Are they coming to aide the army?"
Putting his hand to his ear, he sends a message to Athena. Incoming airship. Be on the lookout.

[hr]

"I agree." The speed magic user said.

"Okay..." The other said as they continued on.

OoC: @Kirke: Seems legit. Say he's performing rounds with other soldiers or cleaning up the streets.
@Furi: Okay.

"And what of my compensation?" Nybeth asked Athena. Hearing Savranth's suggestion, he chuckled at the young man, but did little else in response. He started looking around at the battlefield, taking stock of all the damage and losses that both sides had incurred.
[hr]

Jessica nodded with interest as she listened to Ness' explanation. "Interesting. The closest thing we have to angels and demons back in the homeland are beings called oblivion spirits. We haven't been able to make contact with them, so we've only ever heard about them though."

"And it's a good thing magic is so efficient where I come from too, since it isn't exactly available in incredible amounts. All the magic we use comes from a single source, and since it's a natural source we don't have much control over how much magic is available. We just have to take what we can get and reuse it all as soon as we can." Jessica replied to Ness with a sigh. Sounding more curious, she then asked, "How do you go about collecting the byproduct though? I can't imagine it would be terrible easy if it lingers in the atmosphere."

After Ness had replied to what all else Jessica had said, she nodded back to Ness and stepped closer to her until she was standing right in front of her. "Okay, so to make this easier I need you to try and clear your mind. Just don't think about anything except trying to hear and listen." She instructed Ness. She held up her hands and gingerly placed them on the sides on Ness' head, as if she were trying to hold it up. She then closed her eyes and began humming to herself as she tried to focus.

"I'm pretty sure that was a small town. Maybe a cave would be better..." Trilby replied.
He looked over at the nearby mountains, and waved a hand vaguely in their direction. "There should be one there. You been there before?"

Lyra watches the airship, before heading into the group of Xylphatian troops. "Time to go hunt leader. Enemy airship arriving, one I don't trust to not flatten us. We need to start moving before it gets close enough to empty its payloads."

The Rookie was cleaning the street in the vicinity of Jessica and Ness, using a old-fashioned broom to sweep away dirt and such. He was wearing his battle uniform, but had taking off the armour plating and left it at the prison/military building. He was still wearing his helmet and rucksack however, and was something of a curious sight.

Yukino looks over at Savranth and giggles before breaking out into a full laugh. Her leg was healed enough to stand on, so she got up and simply looked toward Sav and the others.

[hr]

Ness tilts her head a bit hearing about the oblivion spirits. "I don't actually have easy access to demons or angels, aside from Rex. I believe that it's rare that one would willingly hang around humans. No one knows much about them. Do your oblivion spirits hold any sort of power of you?"

Ness scratches her head a bit, sighing as she responded to Jess' question. "It really isn't. Companies try to go about collecting the air in numerous different ways, but the most common is taking in the air and filtering out the byproduct via chemical reactions. Once separated, the rest of the air is filtered back out and the byproduct is placed in a freezer to allow it to reach its liquid state. It's very costly and time-consuming, but the potions sell for top dollar."

As Jessica places her hands on her head, Ness lets out a deep breath and lets her thoughts go, closing her eyes. As such, she didn't notice the Rookie just yet.

What? Keep an eye on it. Athena replied to Volarian.
"You should speak to General Tiberius about that. I don't have any money on me." She explained to Nybeth. "He'll probably come join us once he hears news of this."

Nybeth would see that while both armies only had a few actually able to fight, many others were, while injured still alive to fight another day. Several were going about healing those in need. Though, they certainly weren't helping those of the opposing army.

"Hey... If... Do what you want..." Athena finally said to Savranth.

"What's this kid? You think you can bring them all together? Don't make me laugh. Just because you share the name of Admiral Idula and can use technology doesn't mean you can do jack shit." Astasis mocked.

"No. Idula is my mother. I'm seeking to end this conflict. And all conflict. I think that's something she would desire, too." Savranth replied.

Astasis was taken aback a bit, but soon recovered. "Have you even met her?"

"No. But that doesn't matter." Savranth said walking to the soldiers.
"Listen to me. I don't think any of us want to continue fighting indefinitely. Too many have died. Too much time has been spent warring and trying to kill each other. I think we can change that. Together. Not as Xiphatain and Legaians, but as people."

Athena looks to Lyra. "I'm aware. We may have to fight it off with our own ship... There's no way we can get out of here or fortify our position if it's here as a warship."

[hr]

The airship stopped in the mountains to the East. Any who had looked would see a young blonde woman with a large rifle board the ship. It was actually a fairly small troop transport. "Have you lot picked up Bellerophon, yet?"

"No, ma'am. We're going to pick him up South of here."

"Good. Let's not delay this, then."
