Lyra tapped Ness's back, anxious. "hey, don't suppose you heard that radio trans-""NESS!!" Xyleena cried, running forward, and sitting on her rump to look up at Ness. "can I hug you?"
"Indeed, a welsh myth. Your father's name appears to correspond to the name of King Authors father. It's rather interesting. You appear to be from a alternate timeline in which King Author was not male, but rather female." he said.[hr]
The creature dosn't seem to mind Savranth's response, and begins to pick up the scraps from the destroyed mechs.
Using High Speed Movement Savranth moves over to the creature. "Not now. I won't let a monster attack, now." He says pulling out his sword to levee at it's throat.
[hr]
"Um... I can only create a shield in a limited direction. I can't protect all of us from all directions..." He explained.
OoC: @Furi: Yeah, I just looked back a minute ago.
@FPS: Um... whatever happened with the hunt and Rica?
OoC @Salty they dropped the heart off to Chafla, and I got off. I suppose we could say they sent Rica back to winterhorn, if you'd like. Or she could be with them at lakewest.
Holly continued to hug Echo, her grip loosened a little as she drifted off to sleep.
[hr]
Black just watched Savranth's movement. Not bad... She thought, as she stood there waiting.
OoC: I gotta go.
@Salty, you can do whatever with Black if ya like.
"Well then aim the shield in the direction of the city. One direction shielded is better than none." said Envy pointing in the direction the city was in
Yukino walked out of the base and circled around, walking off toward Pewtercove.

Ness nodded at Saber, then tilted her head again. "Holy Grail... War? What is that...?"
Jolting a bit at Lyra tapping her, Ness was going to turn around until she saw Xyleena sit in front of her. She gave Xy a faint smile as she extended her arms toward the xenomorph. "Of course you can, Xyleena." Turning back to Lyra, Ness nodded. "Yes... we all heard about that radio transmission. What is it about, Miss Reed?"
The creatures Tenticals, fast as thunder, grabs the sword, grabs Savranth, rips the sword out from his hands... And calmly places him down, his sword next to him, as it appears to be preoccupied trying to put together 2 pieces of pottery, and doesn't seem to get why it's not sticking together.[hr]
Data turned to Xyleena and Lyra, "I assume one of you must be the one the extraterrestrials are looking for."
Jessica stands in a small courtyard, surrounded by cat-folk such as herself. Most are children, none any younger than 10 years of age, with Jessica being the oldest at 13. There are a small handful of adults, one standing in front of the children as they all stand in a line, shoulder to shoulder from one another, with the other adults simply standing nearby.
The adult in front, a middle-aged man whose face displayed a feeling as though he'd prefer to be anywhere else right now, held a clip-board up to his tired looking face. "Alright, last one for today. Jessica Broca. You know what to do."
"This'll be easy." Jessica replied, her voice that of a child, as she steps forward.
There's a bright flash of light, and Jessica screams out in pain as she falls to her knees, clutching her right shoulder. She collapses again, falling onto her left side as she curls into a ball and begins to cry.
"Oh God! What happened?!"
"Ewww! There's blood everywhere!"
"What's going on?"
"Get these children out of here! And someone call an EMT..."
Jessica groaned and clutched at her head as she woke up. "What's going on? What happened?" She groggily asked whoever was still around her.
With Jessica not being conscious, she wasn't able to filter what went through her the Mind-link she had with Ness as she dreamed.

Nybeth continued to idly stroll about the battlefield. He wore a look of annoyance on his face as he thought, When will this Tiberius arrive? My time is naught but wasted by milling about here.
Since no one was taking stock of the dead, they likely wouldn't notice that more than a few dozens corpses would be absolutely impossible to account for...
"So it seems..." Saber said, though it did seem that she didn't like her position.
Saber saw Xyleena hop on Ness as she held Excalibur out, ready to slash. But then she saw that Ness was friendly towards it and lowered her guard.
"A team battle of 7 two men teams fight for an artifact known as the Holy Grail, that is said to grant any wish, not matter what it is. Each team is divided as Master and Servant. I am a Servant of the 'Saber' class. Master supply the magic and off hand support, Servants do the main fighting between. In the end, only one team will survive, whether the other team's Servants are killed or their Masters. We all have some reason to be in the war, to grant a wish..."
Iri was sitting next to Jessica as she woke up. With a smile she said. "Oh, you're awake again. I was worried that you collapsed all of a sudden, so I tried healing anything that would have been damaged..."
When the creature went to grab him, Savranth dodged using High Speed movement magic cutting the tentacles with an electrified strike as he did so. "I'll strike you down, should you try that again."
Looking at it he asks. "What are you?"
[hr]
"I can do that, I guess..." The convict replied to Envy.
"Shall we get going then?" The High Speen magic using one asked.
The creature seemed a bit preoccupied with the sticking-together-clay, and looks at Savranth. "Fecl." it/he said. "Kill bad. Why so many kill?" he said, gesturing to the line of bodies with one if it's tentacles.[hr]"Ah, I have yet to ask you your name," he said, clearing his throat, and asked Jessica, "What is your name?"
"Yea yea lets go, the longer we stay down here the closer the army may get!" Said Envy, urging them forward "Although, in the event of an assault, use your abilities to help one another, don't go all lone wolf."
