Charlotte opened the inn's door, hearing Savranth's question. She shrugged. "Do we have anything else to do?"

Noel let out alittle smile at Saya's antics. If only Yukina was abit more... rowdy. She's almost as bad as I was back then in the Academy...

Cynane had some luck and soon came back with a basket of bread, vegetables and cold meat.
"What are we going to Winterhorn for?" She asked as she returned.

Tao suddenly walked out of the inn and bumped into Charlot. "Oh hi angry lady, meow." she said with a smile.

Saya managed to catch a few more fish before stepping out the lake and grinning, she took a small box out of her bag and stuffed the fish inside it, then grabbed her staff, bag and cloak once more.

Sasha woke up and got dressed, the bath plus all this extra rest had helped energy and she felt somewhat optimistic.

Going out she looked around and went down the hall to the main floor of the inn, which she shortly found the others. "There you are, I'm sorry I was late before."

 

[Slenn]

"I'm ready to go." He said to Savranth.

"We're going there to see a library." He said to Cynane while depositing his keys at the front desk of the inn.

 

[Saltyk]

"Well, then, should we gather the others and return our room keys?" Savranth asked.
He looks to Sasha as she joins the others. "Are you well, Sasha?"

Paprika overheard them from the front desk. "Oh, are you all heading out. I do so hope you all enjoyed your stay here. Also, if that girl who got Mint the Glowstone is with you, could you offer her my thanks?" She said with a smile, while adjusting her bonnet.

 

[Furioso]

Rita turned to the next pile of sticks "If my theory is correct, this should change too. Better be something good..." This time a red runic circle appeared on the ground beneath her "O flickering blaze, burn... Fire Ball!" As predicted, the spell changed, and instead of a fire ball the ground beneath one of the piles of sticks ruptured upwards, and a small, localized shower of red hot sparks erupted from the ground, bathing the sticks beneath it and setting them alight. "Hmm, I would have preferred the fire ball... but not bad."

Charlotte stumbled back, flailing her arms slightly muttering curses. "The hell did you come from?!" Turning to Savranth she said. "I got everything."
Turning to Paprika, she nodded.

"You happy now?" Noel asked.

"A what? What are we supposed to do there?"

Saya nodded to Noel with a small grin. "Fishes!" She said to Noel, then started to make her way back to the inn, walking slowly so Noel could catch up.

 

[Slenn]

"That library probably contains information regarding that alter we all saw when we first arrived. There was also some mention of a city at the center of the continent that was lost many millenia ago. I want to see if they're connected. Speaking of which..." He pulls out the map from his satchel. "While everyone else was getting situated, I procured a map from the local vendor down the street. We'll all share it."

"Tao came from in the building, meow. I'm sorry." Tao said as she came up to Charlot after she turned around. Seeing her opportunity, she "hugged" her from behind.

Noel got up and followed after Saya.

Charlotte stood there stunned by Tao's *ahem* "hug". Her mouth quivering as her teeth slowly started to grind together.

Tao's instincts told her she was in a dangerous situation, so she let go of Charlot and quickly started sauntering away from her.

Echo got up and freshened herself up in the inn.

Saya skipped back but stopped when she saw Tao 'Hug' Charlot, Saya tilted her head slightly in confusion. "Hmm..." She muttered, as she wondered if she should be recording this in her notebook.

Savranth returned his room eye. "Thank you, Miss. I appreciate the chance to stay here." He turned back to see Tao hugging Charlotte.
"You two okay?"

Hearing Dal'Sheen mention the city at the center of the continent, he corrected him. "That city was lost 20 years ago."

The Rookie woke up, having rested for a couple of hours in the northern edge of the forrest north of Lakewest. He glanced around, then set of towards Winterhorn.

"Oh. That could be useful." Cynane agreed. "A lost city though? Sounds pretty dangerous. I don't know about this place, but the ancient places left behind by the Wyverians in my world... they tend to attract different monsters to the ones that we live alongside. Rare, powerful, and evil creatures." She grinned. "Maybe I can be of some use after all."
