Vagabond finally reaches the tip, and looks for the door. When he finds it, he knocks on it.
"Hello! Anyone here not from this dimension?" he asked.

Ness looked up at Jessica and shook her head. "I... actually already knew about that. Given the way you were acting a bit different whenever I asked about Tao coupled with the fact that she had gone in a different portal than us made it clear. I don't blame you now, knowing that she broke out on her own. You were just trying to protect us... and I thank you for that."

Ness looked over at the door and shrugged. "I'm guessing they're expecting something that won't happen... They'll leave eventually."

Yukino tilted her head before circling her finger around the area of the map that was Xiphatian. Marston went to the Spice Rack and asked the person at the counter where Ness or Jess could be found. After being pointed to the right room, he thanked the person and headed for Ness' room.

Envy's ears perked up at "not from this dimension." Envy, as an old man, walked to the door "Eh? Who's there?! Another one of you merpeople talking bout your fancy fish?!"

Trilby looked at Marston and the man in the duster.
"Wow, this small stretch of hallway is really popular. Almost as if a lot of people really fucking need to talk to you two!" he said, directing the last part at the door.

he pulls out his Ipod, "Computer, put program 19874-telep on reserve."

He looks at the door, slipping the Ipod in his pocket, "May I come in?" He asks.

"Hmm...true I guess I could head to the magic areas...see what they know of there enemy..." Black mused and paused for a moment. "The technological side are after me, yet I use technology..." She said as she put a fist in her palm in realization. "So that's what Irony is!....Quite amusing..." She said in her usual tone and mood (aka flat). Seeing a tree being place down Black only raised an eyebrow at the creature. Strange why of trying to amuse ones self... She thought as looked down at the map.

Fecl begins to re-plant the tree.

Data looks at the Duster Man, "May I sugest that you await for people in the lobby?" he said.

The old man seemed to ignore the Vagabond and walked a little towards the balcony "I see them out there on the lake, them merpeople. Stealing my cabbages! Can you see em boy?" he said, motioning to the lake visible from the balcony.

Vagabond stands on the balcony, pulling out a pair of binoculars... With a grappling hook on them, looking at the lake, seeing the Mer-people.
"Yeah, I can see them, I think. That, or either both you and me are delusional. Speaking of which, is anyone else here?

Yukino's ears twitched as she looked toward Fecl and shuddered a bit. [color=bb66bb] "Oh god... tentacles..." [/color] She gave a blank stare at Black. Ness just sighed at Trilby before looking toward the window before digistructing her glove and placing it on her hand. "...I have a spell that would let us jump out of there..."

The Vagabond would not see any merpeople, if there actually were any in the lake they were not near the surface at the moment. Envy shoved the Vagabond off the balcony, shouting "Well then go get em!". If left to gravity, the Vagabond would fall onto some rocks down the cliff, landing near a skeleton Envy had thrown off the day before.

"The man I'm hunting has interdimensional capabilities. The longer I take, the colder his trail will get. I've been shadowing him for a while now, but he knows I'm on his tail now. My point is he could be universes away by now, and I need to be sure he didn't leave a surprise in this universe." He turned to Tribly and raised his eyebrows. "Really? Cause it looked like he recognized you. Maybe you and your buddies in that room are setting up a bomb right now. Maybe I should bust down the door and check." He took a step or two forward, placing himself at the door. He rapped on it with a revolver he pulled from nowhere, his calm tone not betraying the annoyance on his face. "WAOA investigator. Open up. Or I bust the door down for my less offensive partner here." he said, his voice shifting tones and his eyes clouding over.

"I was being serious, that is humor...apparently..." Black replied before taking another glance. "Lake West, Is the people of that town Magic or Tech users?" She asked Yukino as she folded up the map. "A question I've been trying to answer myself..." She muttered as a reply to Fecl.

Trilby sighed, and briefly considered kicking in the door.
"I hope you realise, your plan is probably going to get me arrested, too. They suspected that we were working together, so I doubt it would be much of a leap in logic for them to assume I was in on your jailbreak plan, as well." he pointed out.
He stepped aside.
"Much more likely that they're planning a nice romantic dinner, but go ahead. Please kick in the door."

@Furioso & @Wacky: There's no door there. I checked. Well, there is a door, but it's on the floor.

Jessica glumly looked down at the floor. "You aren't mad? But all of this is my fault! If I had just left well enough alone and not tried to get Taokaka arrested, then you wouldn't have to worry about being arrested now too." She looked back up at Ness, showing a saddened expression. "Wait, you already figured it out? And you still put up with me?"
Finally noticing that Holly was awake when she started moving about, she tried to pull herself together. She gave an unconvincing attempt at giving Holly a pleasant "Good morning."
Seeing Ness then go over to the window, she said, "I guess it's the only way we won't have to deal with people shouting through the door to try and interrupt us." Hearing someone at the door, she added, "Maybe we should just let them in though..."

Nybeth was finally torn from his meditation when Fecl slammed a tree into the ground and started trying to plant it again. "I believe I ordered you to stay put." He said to Fecl as he stood up and grabbed his walking stick.

However, Vagabond is... Well, relitively tough, and could probably handle the fall, albeit with a broken leg or similar.
At least he tried to shoot the grappling hook at the balcony... but missed, hitting Envy right in the kisser, and causing it to land pretty fruitlessly on the ground.
"Gah... Leg..." He mutters.
"HEY! IT'S GOING TO TAKE A LOT MORE TO KILL ME, BASTARD! WHO ARE YOU, ANYWAY?"

Data looks at the guy in the lether Duster, and comments, "I highly suggest against it, since atempting to arrest the two individuals in there by knocking down the door could get you fined for destruction of private property." he said.[hr]
"Fecl think tree dying. I put tree better place." it said, and looks at Black.
"Me help?"
