As she walks out of the door, Ness cracks her neck a bit as she heads toward the lobby. Better an errand girl than a jail bird, I suppose...

Yukino stretches herself out a bit as she starts to walk through town, passing the Spice Rack along the way. [color=bb66bb] "That place where there's nothing but fighting? Data continues to look around the tunnel.
Evidence gained:
Compressed walls-Formed by the expansion of something forced through the dirt, wire thin, then expanded. Indentations are irregular, and mildly porous, indicating some sort of tentacle.
2 Pairs of footprints, exactly similar- Exactness of footprints make it unlikely that it's someone similar, but rather suggests someone with the ability for transformation, exact transformation, to be precise.
Hair samples-Hair samples from being, DNA suggest Feline-human hybrid, and skin-cells on the ground consist with someone wearing a fairly large jacket to cover themselves.
Lack of them- However, there is a lack of skin cells for the second set of footprints. Neither sets show deeper indentation, which would indicate backtravel.

The Wheaton Altiverse Organization Association is this first demonstration of a new universal rationale. Founded in Universe 2, the organization actively seeks to catalouge all possible alternate universes, originally proposed in the multiverse theory, and expanded by Sir Richard Wheaton, with his creation of the universal altimeter. With it, investigators travel between universes, discovering places to benefit all of humanity and any friendly alien races we encounter. There are two types of catalouged universes, spokes and offshoots. Spoke universes are like the spokes of a bike, keeping their bit of altiverse smooth and round. They're the basis of the offshoots, which are alternate universes to those spokes. In them, anything as small as a single atom shifting a few millimeters or less causes the creation of a new universe, another offshoot for the spoke universe." He pauses to catch his breath, sucking in air.

Having heard a nearby explosive sound, Nybeth exited his cave. After wiping some blood off of his dagger with a rag he had and tossing it back into the cave, he meandered off to investigate the noise.

She continued on outside the city and toward Winterhorn.

Suddenly, a portal opened up near the Spice Rack and Rex stepped out of it, cracking his neck. "I... hate... "stealth" operations..." He casually enters the inn and looks around, chain rustling on his arm. "...Weird."

"Oh really?" He brings in several more chests of gold and opens them "Are you sure that you don't have any rooms for me"

Jessica stood up and hugged Ness back as she came over. "Well it hasn't really been that long since I've seen you." She replied. "I'm glad they let you out though. So what's the situation? I still have to go after Taokaka...kinda kicking myself for not getting around to that sooner..." She made to move for the door, as she wanted to move someplace else while catching up with Ness.
