Jessica followed Savranth, then accepted the necklace from him. Instead of immediately putting it on, she simply held it by the chain with her right hand and clasped the crystal with her left hand. Since she had experience with mental links, she already knew where to begin. Directing her thoughts at Savranth, she thought, So does this work for contacting anyone, or can I only contact certain people with it?

Savranth put his hand to his ear. Only those with similar devices. Like the one I have in my ear or a necklace like that. Generally speaking you need to know that they have it and be within range. He said directing his own back to her.
I'll explain more later. Right now, I wanna rest.

"Take care, all. I'll see you tomorrow. I'm sure you'll be welcome to sleep where you would like." He said before walking off to go to sleep for the night.

Jessica nodded to Savranth as he walked off. Since she had no shortage of Legaian money and not much desire to sleep in crowded barracks filled with Xiphatian military folk who might see her hang if the right sleeve of her coat mussed itself up, she bought a room at the local hotel in Holadino. As usual she left Ness take the bed and contented herself with curling up on the sofa. She put on the necklace Savranth gave her, hiding it under her clothes in a manner that showed she wasn't entirely unfamiliar with how to manage that.

I walk back outside and find that datapad from before. I pick it up and look at it again.

Rita was feeding Ba'ul scraps of meat whenever his brother wasn't looking, she was getting pretty good at that.

On the datapad was a short article or text, displaying the Rookie's service record. The Rookie woke up beside the rock, having collapsed due to lack of sleep the night before.

Huh. Interesting. And this datapad is pretty interesting too. I see the soldier wake up by my grave stone and look at him curiously.

The Rookie groans and gets up slowly, then notices Tanner. He (If Tanner is in armour: whistles quietly, impressed, as he sees the rather advanced armour he is wearing.) (If Tanner is not in armour: glances at the ship, then back at Tanner.)

I walk a little closer to James. "So, I'm Corporal Lenard Jerome Tanner. Nice to meet you." I say cordially.

The Rookie nods and gives a quick, but informal, salute. He then holsters the SMG he was carrying.

I give a similar form a salute to the guy. Quiet one, isn't he. Maybe that's the PTSD.

The Rookie nods towards the ship, wondering what state it was in.

"Eh...Sorry? What was that?" I ask the soldier. There might be something wrong with his equipment preventing him from being heard.

The Rookie waved the question away and sat down.

Envy would spend the day reporting to Richard on any troop movement in Holadino that seemed important.

Sophia slowly started to stir as she climbed out of her bed sheets. Her bed was a rather large mess, sheets were untucked and pretty much everywhere. Her head was even where her feet should have been. Basically a neat freaks worst nightmare, would be a good way to describe it.

She yawned with an over the head stretch with her arms, then rubbed her eyes as she thought about what she should do that day. Since she had finished the one assignment that she had been doing the last few days, she would have some time free time to do as she pleased. She got up, and quickly laid out her sheets so they were in at least a bit of a presentable fashion.

She went to go for a shower, before starting her day.

The Kidd walks into a town, looking at the buildings, standing tall and proud against the horizon. He ain't gonna let it stay quiet, though. He's going to take a look...
He walks to the town's limits, pistols in one hand, carbine in another. He's hoping he won't have to use them, but keeps them handy, just in case.

Black was wondering aimlessly, until the sight of a crashed ship in the distance caught her attention. She walked over to it curiously. Possibly another dimensional traveler? that or a person of this world who's had a unfortunate accident, either way It's best to check there ok

Finished with her shower, and having a nice breakfast she decided to check the library for anything on any soft woods in Xiphatia. Her talk with Erica had made her want to do some carving again, but the surrounding areas didn't seem to have anything.

Yukino was sleeping near the ship again, curled up into a ball and snoring lightly.

As Ness woke up within the hotel, she yawned a bit before running through what had happened the last few days in her mind. ...Hmm. Maybe I should go back and visit Sasha at Winterhorn... But I still need to talk to Cassia as well. After that... there's still that altar near the Forward Base. ...But if it's like the one we fought in before, I'll need to find some sort of object to use as a key. ...Perhaps visiting will give me a hint.

After musing to herself, she taps her clip and teleports herself to the college grounds. She then starts to look around for Sasha.
