Seeing Saya and Tao eating fish, the two decided to walk over to them. "Hello there Saya... Uuhh, what's your name catwoman?" Hearing Tao talking in the third person, Noel said. "Nevermind."

"Ah, thanks." she said, flipping it open for a cursory inspection. "So, do you study anything else?" Lyra said, feeling vaguely uncomfortable.

"Service? Um..." Jessica scratched her chin as she seemed to think of something for a moment. "I can't think of anything I need done, sorry. And I already told you my name, back when we were outside. It's Jessica." She glanced around at the stack of books next to her, and the one in her right hand. "Right now I just need to do research."
"Tao huh?" Saya said as she finished her last bite of fish. "My name...is Saya.." She said to Tao as she wrote about Tao in her notebook. Saya then stood up and started chanting around the fire, throwing a pinch of powder in to the fire, it turned the flames green for a moment. "yee yee YEE!" Saya chanted. She gave a small wave to Noel as she chanted.

As the shards of ice continue on, they simply dissipate into particles without ever touching a wall.

The red haired girl looks up at Savranth. Do I know him..?

Blake took the kick to the groin, and grimaces, pushing her back. "You think this pain means anything to me? This is nothing. I know pain." Seeing that Yukino had drawn her own blood, he stands and grins. Well, that is a disappointment. You should come with me, girl. Together we'll burn Legaia to ash. To purify it in fire."

Charlotte sat down as Noel smiled at Tao and Saya, sitting down too. Looking at her wrist communicator, she checked on all her codes. Seeing that they were in working order, she turned to Saya and asked. "So how are the fish?"
"Not bad...try one!" Saya said with a bit off a creepy grin as she offered Noel and Charlotte a fish each.
Yukino continues to lick her hand clean and gives a bored look toward Blake. [color=bb66bb] "I'm not one to turn down someone I've lost to." [/color] She yawns as the cut on her hand seems to have healed on its own. She gives the lieutenant a small curtsy. [color=bb66bb] "My name is Yukino Nishida. Do well to remember it, Lt. Blake. Now... who do you want dead first?" [/color]

Ness continues to read on healing magic and starts practicing some motions the book illustrates and describes. She continues to take notes on it with her PDA. She instinctively hums along with Echo's harmonica.

"Thank you Jessica, and good luck to you as well. Do you by chance have any books on magic in that pile? I've noticed that it works differently in each world, and the more you know of how the locals do it, the easier our magic conforms."
Noel gladly took the fish, as Charlotte hesitantly took it. Charlotte however was the first to bite in as Noel then followed.
Having a itenerary thought out, Loki moved his hand over the map and made it disappear again. Grabbing the scepter he laid on his lap, he stood up and motioned for Roland to follow, Roland complied even more eagerly then normal, still being more then a little uncomfortable being in Winterhorn.

"Mostly wind and healing magic. I focus more on healing though, even if I find it much harder then wind magic." Ryca explained as she sat down. "What's this about a water serpent you mentioned though? I've always wanted to see one of those!"
After a quick introduction, the book Lyra read started with the description of the flora found in both Xiphatia and Legaia. Although many of the plant names were alien to Lyra, the most terms used were easy to grasp.

Once Dal'Sheed called out, the dinner lady momentarily looked over, then back to the three students who were waiting in line. As Dal'Sheed joined the back of the cue, one student was just served his order and went to sit at a table. The other followed not soon after.
"Yes, what can I get you?" The dinner lady asked, looking a but oddly at he and Cynane's appearance.
