"This is the school of magic in Xiphatia, Winterhorn." Sophia answered. "You must practice some form of magic to change into that squirrel right?" She said back to Grace.
Jessica had spent the entire day since she had woken up locked in her room at the hotel. Ugh, I hate having to do this....I wonder where Vanessa went off to?

Nybeth was still back in his cave at the central mountain chain. He was carefully examining the explosive materials the shop-keep in Lakewest had sold him, trying to figure out how to work with it and have it only explode when he wanted it to.
Grace shook her head, "I'm a chimera, a four-way cross between Uryuom, Lespuko, Human, and Squirrel," she said, "It's sorta part of my genetics." she said.
"A what between what and a part of your...?" Sophia turned to look at Grace, who although couldn't see her face, would have been looking at Grace like she had two heads. Most of those terms she'd never heard before.
Grace said, "A cross between two different types of aliens who can transform, a girl, and a squirrel." she said, "That's what I'm a cross between. The DNA between the differant animals were put into a Urynom egg, and from there I was born." she said. "And... you don't know what Genetics are?" she said.
Grace sighed, and tried to explain to her about Genetics, and Urynom breeding.
Most uryuoms produce an egg using something (likely secretions) from their bodies and the egg will accept DNA from multiple parents; the current record is 12 DNA donors (the resulting child "needed some serious counseling"). Not all of them have to be uryuom either (the child mentioned earlier had three non-uryuom parents). In this way, seyunolu (or, in English, chimera) are produced. If the egg has both uryuom and non-uryuom DNA, the resulting being is a tulougol seyunolu (greater chimera); if there is no uryuom DNA, a roaisol seyunolu (lesser chimera) is created.
Sophia stopped Grace half way through. "On second thought... I think that's enough..." She sighed, realizing that Grace was talking about stuff far far above her head. "Let's see how Vanessa is doing."
Grace nodded, "Alright." she said, following Sophia as she walked to Ness. "Sorry if I tend to descend into nonsense, my boyfreinds a scientist, and it might have rubbed off of me somewhat." she said.
Ness looked over toward the two other women and waved a bit toward them before going back to her book. "Ah. Nice to see that you found her some clothes. Thank you again, Ms. Sasha." She responded a bit cheerfully before turning back to the book. Her eyes showed a small hint of frustration at not being able to find anything on artifacts just yet.
"No problem." She looked a little embarrassed, it wasn't that much of a deal for her to lend some clothes.
Vanessa would find an interesting wives-tale designed to frighten little kids into eating their vegetables, as well as a couple other things that I am rather tired to try and think on the spot for. Since really the amount of history books they had already combed through was pretty silly at this point.
