Kyosuke exits the hotel and after some searching, comes to the waste processing center to see if there were any broken cars or something else heavy. If so, then he would find any people on duty and ask them if he could have some access in.

Noel checks back in the room as Charlotte raised an eyebrow as Tao entered the bathroom. Noel motioned to Charlotte as the two woman decided to exit to the roof top.

Yukino's ears twitch a bit as Noel and Charlotte arrive on the rooftop. She gives the two a small wave before returning to taking deep breaths.

Echo took Holly to the hotel lobby so they could play like the did before in the other world.
"Most likely, yes." Loki said as he walked to the exit of the hotel, casting quick glances if anyone else was in the lobby as he did.

Kyosuke would find a scrapyard next to the waste processing center. When he asked one of the workers near the entrance, he replied with, "Yeah, we have some wreckages of cars here. But as you can expect, they're a total loss, so you won't be driving any. Why're you asking anyways?"

Charlotte and Noel returned the wave as Charlotte asked. "Are we just... relaxing? Why don't we just leave this city?"

Echo and Holly would see a large hooded figure walk through the lobby, carrying what appears to be three bags of varying candy, a bag of toys, a giant stuffed bear as big as a 5 year old, a bunch of fabric and sewing materials, a guide on making dolls, and a scythe.
Meanwhile, in their room, Death gets to work making... Something doll-shaped. Well, I suppose Doll-shaped is a bit of an overstatement, more like a lump of fabric and cloth that resembles more like an octopus platapi dinosaur. The candy was made into a big lump of candy on both beds.

On his way to the docks, Loki concealed his presence while at the same time creating a projection of himself. While the projection kept walking towards the docks, not giving any indication it was a fake, Loki himself warped behind the woman behind the counter in the hotel. After glancing at the windows of the hotel lobby and waiting for the moment no one was looking or close enough to notice the woman collapsing, Loki manifested a small, kunai-like dagger between the fingers of his left hand, Loki delivered a swift but deep jab to the woman's neck, severing the Cerival vertebrae from the Thoracic vertebrae, effectively killing the woman instantly. As the woman the woman collapsed, Loki made the dagger disappear into thin air and teleported to the exact location his projection was. Dispelling the projection along with the concealing shroud, continued onwards towards the docks.

Noel then facepalms and walks back down to watch over Echo and Holly. Seeing the hooded figure, she rushes over to Holly and Echo to just watch over them.
"... Why? What else is there to do in this city?"

"Sounds good. Thank you for your time." Kyosuke bowed at the worker before walking in. Seeing the first few cars, he walked around them thinking.
