Jessica had to strongly resist the urge to flip the soldiers who were looking at her the bird as she walked into town, and instead just did her best to ignore them and pretend they weren't there. He would likely be a foe to both nations if he has sights on both leaders. But I wonder what he is doing with the Mythril. I had heard that the amount being sent out had reduced, but if what you say is accurate, he sounds to be stockpiling it."
He thought about the magic for a second. "That sounds like a Blood Line magic. No such school exists, but it's probably what gives him the confidence to oppose both nations. Still, he would need more that that... An army."

More bits of war perhaps? Or maybe the Legaian military is keeping the civvies in their docks. No idea." she began scanning for military ships, or any ship with a crew that was differing from the norm of yachts.
"Not from here. A Universe far far away." Noel said, intentionally be vague. She didn't exactly know this person, so why would she explain?

Most of the ships were empty, though they varied in size. Some of the ships had people performing maintenance and such, but none that appeared to be getting ready to leave.
