Ness exits the car, still a bit shaky from Jessica's teleport. She starts to walk down the street and begins to look around.

Loki ducked down further when the dragon began sweeping with its tail, narrowly avoiding being hit. When the tail swooshed to the other side, Loki rolled forward, now near the dragon's legs. In a semi-crouched position, he waited for an oppertunity to reached the dragon's underside.

"Right... I'll keep that in mind." Savranth said to Marston's comment. He looked to Jessica. "What is that?"
"Yes, I think he can handle that. Follow me." Volarian said leading the way to the main building.

Vanessa would find the city in a state of disrepair. The entire place a destroyed and long forgotten relic of a peace that ended too abruptly. A monument to war and destruction.

The dragon let out another rawr, the sound could literally be felt. It didn't let its guard down for a second, something was in there and it was going to find out what.

Ness giggles a bit as she find Tao hugging her. "Are you alright, Tao? You're squeezing me a little tight..." She looks toward the city and frowns internally. Well... this town really did go to hell, didn't it? Guess I should...ask the locals... Ness fearlessly goes around looking for ghosts of the sort.
"I just wanna thank you for being so nice to me, meow." Tao said to Ness as she clung to her less tightly.
@Nailik: Screw it, I'm just calling it Ghost-Town from now on.
Jessica nodded and gave Volarian a "Thank you." as she started to follow him. As she walked, she turned to Savranth and said, "I remembered a particularly interesting fact in the book I read. Apparently there were about 30 children born to mixed parentage while Valencheirn was still standing. But all the data gathered points to all of them having died in the conflict. What really got my attention though was that most of them seemed to have died in the very first attack."

Vanessa would find that the ash ghosts were always present. Always doing jobs, tasks, and even playing. They seemed completely unaware of anything being wrong.

Marston was rather bewildered by everything, so he stayed silent and followed Jess.

Ness looked around attempting to approach who would be the mayor/ town leader of Ghost-Town(@Drak has a really good idea here). Noting the ghosts' expressions, she does her best to act as if she's just a tourist. "Excuse me, I'd like to know a little bit more about your town, if you'd be so kind."
Turning to Tao, Ness gives her a warm smile and a return hug. "Don't mention it, Tao." I know you're not a psycho... but how do I prove it to everyone else...?

"Right, the whole thing about all of them dying was what made me a little suspicious, but I'm guessing you may have just not been counted." Which may have actually been a point in your favor. Jessica replied to Savranth. She gave Volarian another appreciative nod and a "Thank you." as she walked through the doorway.
"Yeah. I don't know what to tell you in that." Savranth said as they entered.
Tiberius looked up as they did. "To what do I owe this visit?"

The ash ghost looked at Vanessa. "Why this is Valencheirn. Founded as an attempt to make something of the last 50 years of peace. Both Legaia and Xiphatia have constructed large sections of the town. And while, it is divided into quadrants, more or less, there are plenty of areas to mingle and attempt to meet your fellow man. We're even working on arrangements that could allow people to be couples from each nation. Not an easy task, but it could have far reaching implications, I think you'll agree."
Tiberius looked up as they did. "To what do I owe this visit?"

@Dirty: I think most everyone is either at the Xiphatian base near Lakewest, or is in Ghost-Town on the other side of the mountains.
