"I suppose. But, I think most of them will be here or coming back here." Tiberius replied. He held up his hand a created a large fireball, about the size of a beachball. "Besides, magic is reality here. And may just be what brought you here."

From here on, the book only explained about various small events in history, such as the passing of a King, the rise of another. Various economic, social, and other such trends. After that it explained of the founding of Valencheirn, as well, which Jessica already knew.

Eventually, the guard went to bathe and clean off.

"Well for one I'm hallucinating a talking squirrel, otherwise we are taking care of this criminal... scum." The guard said, trying to not pay the squirrel mind.

"Tao should have thought of that before piloting a ship she didn't know how to control with many people on board either, now keep moving."

Sophia looked over at Vanessa and smirked a little. "Someone must be hungry?" She said with a playful attitude. "Do I know you? You look familiar."

When the guard went to bathe, Envy started rooting around the place to find a work schedule, key cards, personal information, etc, listening for the water to stop or any other noises to go back into hiding. If any family photos were around he would take note of them in case a wife, child, etc could possibly intrude.

@Zeph, I applaud the Xiphatians for getting access to Oblivion guards, those guys are good

Tao still didn't walk. Shel looked at Grace, not immediately recognizing her with squirrel features.

"I always try to respect other peoples beliefs, sir, so no questions from me. And I'll be on my way." Marston said as he started to head for the exit of the room.

@Wacky: You should probably say something like that then, since squirrel would mean an animal...

As Rex and Blair arrive, Blair waves off as she hops on a rooftop to sleep. Rex continues on in the city wandering around.

Ness looks over at Sophia and stops wolfing down her food. She blushes a bit in embarassment before wiping the bits of potato off her face and turning to face Sophia, tiliting her head a bit. "... I... think we may have met before..." She puts her hand to her chin before snapping her fingers and asking, "Do you remember an altar of some sort?"

Jessica sighed, closed up the book, and placed it back on the shelf. Well, that didn't tell me too much. She started looking for a book on Xiphatian and Legaian religeon, having been reminded she knew little of it and at the same time becoming intrigued by the line about "Divine Authority" she had read in the previous book.

"I'd be okay with doing that, just don't harm her, or lock her up for being stupid." she said.

"Hey lady! Tao's not stupid, meow!" Tao shouted as she planted her feet and glared at Grace.

"Well... yes I do." She said, a little hesitant to say so, under her hood she eyed Vanessa. She couldn't be sure if Vanessa was from her world and didn't come through later, however unlikely it might be.

"Exactly like that, just one foot in front of the other. Come on now..." The soldier said as he started to get Tao moving again, seeing that she did know how to take a step.

"Oh of course we can't jail people for being stupid, being ignorant to the point of being a hazard to others however is a different story." The guard said to Grace.

Grace sighs, and begins to lift Tao up, whispering in her ear, [sub]"Go along with it, I think I know what I'm doing."
"She's forgetful, never did learn my name." she said.
"And it was her first time in a plane, she didn't know any better." she said, "I can tell you, if I was a child with retardation I would probably have done the same."[hr]

Ridcully begins to draw an octogram on the floor.

"Figures. I thought they wanted to help... Instead they run off or something..." Savranth said going back to practicing Lightning magic. He channels it through his sword and aims at a target that is created by the room. Thrusting his sword forward, it fires a concentrated beam of lightning.

Envy would find no signs of family, apparently the guard lived alone. Also, being Xiphatian, there would be no keycards. They guards papers would reveal his name to be Alan Wetstone.

After having spend the entire day in Holadino, finding someone who would be willing to fashion reins to fit a dragon, vaguely explaining why, negotiating a price and finnally waiting for the reins to be made, Loki made his way back to the place in the mountain range where the dragon den was located, carrying the reins over his shoulder. Ariving after a long trek, Loki walked over to Rita.

Ness blinked a bit as she took a few more bites of food, making sure to keep herself somewhat dignified as she did, before putting her hand to her chin. "I see... and did you happen to just appear there a long while ago... without much of a clue as to why you were there at all?" If she recognizes me and has visited that altar, she can't be from this world... most likely...

Rex eventually comes across the scene with Tao and Grace. He sits back for a few moments, watching things go down.
