Seras would find herself in the kitchen, where the numerous employees were working quickly to prep the meal. Seras would see an outfit hanging from a rack in the back, the only one left. It was an apron, ready to be worn.

Samus would find some personal belongings of Seras lying around. that seemed to be the extent of physical remnants beyond trash and messes.

 

[Chungus]

After dialing the number in and begining the call, Gideon pressed two numbers when he was presented a list of options, then grunted softly at another jingle that was played as he was put on hold, the tune being suprisingly similar to the one he heard before. Looking to his right, Gideon looked into the diner nearby, looking over the interior of the place.

It took a moment, but eventually he took notice of Ness working as a waitress, and after a little more time, actually recognised her, the waitress uniform having thrown him off some. Isn't that...? I think it is. Guess she didn't kick the bucket afterall.

Gazimon raised an eyebrow as he saw Jameson, half wondering why he was bleeding and looked as feverish as he did, though said nothing, not being in a talkitive mood. When instructed to move into the elevator, Gazimon did so without saying a word and waited to go up.

Gideon might hear the screeching of an aggressive drift from a vehicle of sorts coming from higher up the road way. If he did look up he'd see a familiar sight of a ball rolling swiftly down the street.

The ball would pass him rather quickly.

As Axton moved to the doorway, he'd find it was a thick steel garage door that was closed shut. There seemed to be no way to open the door from the inside, which should've been obvious given the horde that had died down didn't bother to try to do so themselves.

Carmen blinked as she looked toward Fredrick, before a small smile grew on her face. [color=bb0066] "...Do you really mean that, dear? You'd like to take that fighting ring down? But then how would you help the shops here keep their revenue going? You can't just waltz in and mess with the status quo like that." [/color]

She noticed Mary suddenly gripping Fredrick tightly before looking forward herself. [color=bb0066] So she can tell too... Quite the instinct on this girl... [/color] The feeling would begin to intensify a small bit.

Ness continued her duties for a while, not noticing Gideon in the window. The man might begin to feel like there was something watching him from behind as Franky sped past.

"Not a very demanding uniform." Seras said as she tied the apron on and went back to the hostess station.

Axton decided to just wait for the door to open again now that he was at least right next to it.

Fredrick shook his head. [color=F87217]"No you misunderstand me, If they must fight for food then they must but I wonder what I could do for the one who lose, if they don't receive food then there starve....is there no one to change it so everyone gets a slice of bread from the loaf of the city?"[/color] he asked Carmen, going rather philosophical.

Mary shook her head.

My Master just wants everyone to be balanced in this life, no man left behind. Forgive him if he comes off rude.

She held up for Carmen, still holding on to Fredrick's arm.

The night would start easy, with an isolated group or two wandering into the Nightmare.

Emilia leaned forward and pressed the lift key, before leaning back, standing impassively.

 

[Chungus]

Hearing the screeching noise of the vehicle, Gideon looked towards the direction the noise came from to see what made it, looking slightly suprised when he recognised it as Franky's ball. And another familiar face. What are the chances.

Still suffering through the jingle, Gideon began tapping his foot in mild annoyance. Ugh... This is taking ages. He looked at the diner for a while longer, before sighing once he finally got through, where upon he continued slowly walking towards the temple. "Yes, hello. I'm Gideon Odio, and I'm calling for..." He began, but then trailed off when he got the odd feeling something was watching him. Eh? Am I being followed? "One moment, please." He said to the receptionist taking the call, before lowering the phone slightly, and looking over his shoulder.

As he waited for the elevator to reach its destination, Gazimon looked the interior of the lift over, trying to see if there were any cameras as his tail swished back and forth, and he scraped over the floor of the elevator with the nails of his toes. Eventually, he looked up towards Emilia. [color=A5ADC0]"Hey. Can these things be taken off, already?"[/color] He asked.

Moments after the ball had passed Gideon it would have slowed down before making a U-turn on the street and turning back around to where Gideon was, and had now moved. "Hey fancy seeing you here, nearly missed ya Gideon!" the voice came from the ball.

Seras would do her best to be polite to everyone who entered the restaurant while also trying to adapt to the new job.

Past Tense:

"Alright then." Sibylla replied to Rose, though she still seemed nervous.

"Ya'll went to school? Ya'll must be pretty rich then!" Sibylla spoke, seeming somewhat more impressed with Rose now. She titled her head at Rose and asked, "What'cha mean by that?"

Present Tense:

"Who said that?" Sibylla quickly yelped out when she heard Wheaton, still not knowing where he was due to him still being on the far side of a large room from her.

A long period of time would go by as muffled noises of the fight outside would be audible from the barracks where Axton stayed. After a while, the door began to open. Behind it, Axton would see the arena in all its bloody glory. Massive glass walls stood erect around the circle and more than a few bodies littered the ground and two were pasted to the glass walls with spears going straight through their victim's chests. In the center stood the hulking man with the chainsaw Axton would've seen before.

Carmen tilted her head once more. [color=bb0066] "A consolation prize, hmm? Bread tends not to be of use to the dead or injured though..." [/color] She said casually, continuing her casual stroll down the path. Looking to Mary, she shook her head lightly. [color=bb0066] "It's not rude of him to think like that. I find it admirable, in fact. It's just that there isn't much to give out. If this ring was more popular, it would get more revenue from admissions and then perhaps, that could become an option. So I suppose the first thing to do is to make the ring more popular somehow..." [/color] She paused as she stopped, seeming to think for a moment.

The duo would note the feeling of being watched would intensify more.

As Gideon turned his head, he'd see normal people walking down the street. Some glanced in his direction, but none seemed to be giving him the stare that produced the slight spine-tingling he was currently feeling.

Seeing that Sibylla still seemed nervous, Rose sighed a small bit and smiled, though she knew it was in vain to think it would be seen. [color=009933] "I'm generally the only person down here anyway, so you don't need to worry too much." [/color] She shook her head a bit more. [color=009933] "I wasn't rich and neither were my parents, but we had enough to send me to school... so we weren't too bad off, I guess." [/color]

The plant girl grunted before standing on her feet and stretching her arms over her head. [color=009933] "I mean we're from different worlds, so things we've experienced are gonna be a lot different." [/color] She looked toward the forest before looking down to Sibylla. [color=009933] "Do you want to maybe take a walk through the area? You must be getting bored of just sitting around." [/color]

Axton would head through the door as soon as he was able. He eyed the man in the ring closely, wondering if he could just fill him with holes from afar. Nobody had mentioned any rules to him, so could he be blamed for potentially breaking some? He decided he should be prudent and so he started firing at the chainsaw man, his shots being reasonably accuret. Each shot should at least hit him.

Gideon looked the people behind him over for a moment, before shrugging to himself. Wierd... I wonder if...? Nah... Chalking the feeling up to being nervous about the job interview that loomed on the horizon, Gideon continued walking.

Once Franky turned, drove up to him and spoke, Gideon looked down to the ball, and gave a small wave with his free hand. "Hey, Franky. Sorry, but I can't talk right, got a call to make." He said, holding up the phone to accentuate his point. "Bare with, this shouldn't take long." He added, before leaning against a building, and bringing the phone back to his ear.

"Sorry about that. As I was saying..." He said to the receptionist before continuing the call.

[color=F87217]"Hmm, I suppose we shall think of something in due time. It's still early days for us here, and I'm far to new of a player to change the rules written in this little game"[/color] Fredrick said to Carmen, then checked his pocket watch briefly.

Mary shuddered and looked over her shoulder, her red eyes darting around the place.

[color=F87217]"Mary, are you quite alright?"[/color] Fredrick asked, Mary just turn back around a gave a small nod.

Slowly, the number of people would build, along with their strangeness. One group in particular seemed to have a chained werewolf as a bodyguard, who would require some special seating.

Emilia looked down at Gazimon, before shaking her head and keeping focused on the elevator door. It would eventually stop, and the room set aside for Gazimon would be hanging open, waiting for him.

Wheaton spoke more loudly. "My name is William Wheaton my dear, and I meant not to cause alarm. I am just the person meant to give you your immigration card and phone, so you can operate outside."

Thrall slowly reached a hand out to pat Sibylla's back. "Calm yourself..." he muttered.

"Ya no problem man, I can wait." Franky said as he casually started to slowly make circles around Gideon, but gave Gideon enough space that he didn't have any possibility of tripping over Franky.

Seras would handle the strangeness well enough, and whenever she struggled she would offer an apology and tell the people that it was her first day on the job.

As Axton fired, the first two shots would hit, pelting the man in the chest. The fleshy-looking gorilla seemed not to even register being shot before bringing up his chainsaw to deflect the rest of the clip Axton had fired, the bullets deflecting and ricocheting all over the place off the glass, putting Axton in some danger of being hit with his own bullets. The tank got hit by about two more, once again, not showing if it felt a thing or not. The crowd went wild as they saw the bullet trails created an odd but appealing pattern and the announcer yelled out.

"Looks like our new guy didn't know about the bulletproof glass and our champ is using it to his advantage!"

The tank then began to rush forward with an almost deafening roar and ran forward, chainsaw still in a defensive posiiton.

"And now he's closing in quick!! What will our challenger do!?"

Carmen sighed to herself before looking behind Mary, arms crossed. [color=bb0066] "I must say, Sir Howlington, keep that girl close. She'll save your life someday." [/color] Seemingly looking to the space behind both Mary and Fredrick, she blinked once. [color=bb0066] "That's enough, dear. Come out where we all can see you." [/color] Suddenly, what looked like a translucent man with a dagger raised in his hands appeared and hopped back from the three, frowning a bit as he did.

"Whyyyy.... caaan you seeee meeee....?" It asked, it's voice drawling and hoarse, almost creepily so. "I juuuust.... waaant blllooooood...."

As Gideon continued talking, the feeling would intensify by a small amount.

"...Eh fuck it." Axton said as he pulled out a grenade and tossed it clear over the tank. The grenade would actually pull the tank back toward before it exploded, ensuring maximum damage. Assuming the tank let it's guard down when it was suddenly yanked back, Axton would then pull out his own pistol with explosive rounds and start firing at the beast.
