"Well, as simply as I'm allowed to put it..." Jess began, then paused. She unlaced her hands and held her right hand flat against the table, while pressing the pointer of her left against the underside of her right palm, looking somewhat like she was trying to check her pulse, though obviously not so since she would be trying to find it on her mechanical arm. The point on her arm that her finger touched dully glowed grey for a moment, before a grey flash of light emanated forth from her palm. After the flash was over, a stiff looking envelope sat in her open palm, which she then proceeded to open and pull out several official-looking documents. After shuffling through the papers for a moment, she cleared her throat and spoke in an official tone, indicating she was reading straight from the page, "Interfering in any economic-colonial projects, trade relations, or scouting ventures being performed by the Ashanian government, or any corporate entities acting under the umbrella thereof." Jess paused and looked up from the page to give Wheaton a chance to reply.
