Axton would take Samus out a little further and teach her the basics of staying afloat and the proper way to use her legs and arms to propel herself through the water. She wouldn't be a master swimmer, but she would at least be able to keep herself from drowning for some time, just as Axton had promised.

"I think that went well, especially for the first day." Samus said, a hint of pride and joy in her normal, dethatched tone. "Thank you."
"No problem. I thought it was pretty fun too." Axton replied. "Sorry you had to get your hair wet though."
"It's seen much worse. Trust me." Samus said wryly.

"Really? Here I got the impression that you did all your fighting tucked safely inside that suit of yours." Axton replied with a chuckle, jabbing Samus in the ribs a bit.
Samus rubbed where Axton had jabbed. "There have been times when I've been forced to fight without my suit."
"Huh...I guess those guys were right. Island vacations are a little boring." Axton said as he stood and brushed some sand off of him.
"Yeah sure you did. Come on. Unless you feel like staying out here and making a sand castle or something." Axton said as he started walking back to the huts.
Samus stood, trying to brush sand off the Zero Suit as she followed Axton, and failing miserably.

"Bigger than it looks." Samus said. She looked around. "I... know this will sound strange, but... anyone have some cloths I can borrow?"
"There were some cloths laid out for us. I'm sure you could find something." Seras said, rising in case Samus wanted any help finding cloths that would fit her.
