JD paused for a moment before chuckling and ruffling Danielle's hair. [color=333388] "Right... I'll try not to. Let's get back home, eh?" [/color] The girl nodded before slowly standing back up and dusting herself off.

Link walked away with a happy smile on his face. Yet another life helped... Or really he would have found his way back anyway... Well at least he got his sword. So that had to be worth something.

Lauren growled as her arm was grabbed, and swung out to kick Seras's leg with her own. "I spent all fookin' day chasin' that tiger, and you can't be arsed to even give me the kill when you wander over! You stupid fooking git!"

Seras was kicked, so she jumped back and away from Lauren. "W-what? That thing was about to kill you!" she said, holding the revolver at her side.

Lauren tossed her wrench down, and glared at Seras. "Oh really? Didn't realize a tiger in a coma could snuggle me to death."

she sat down, and looked at her ruined left hand. she winced, and pulled her backpack off, opening it with some difficulty using only her right hand.

"You're injured. We came from a holiday settlement, maybe there's a doctor back there." Samus said.

"Do you...want some help with that?" Seras asked, still not understanding why Lauren was upset.

Lauren pulled open her bag, looked inside, and sighed. "Yes. Please." Lauren muttered, looking ashamed. she glanced up at Samus. "Don't want to bother a doc if there is one. I can take care of myself on this."

"Alright..." Samus said, sceptical but willing to stand back if Lauren knew what she was doing.

"We should at least get out of this jungle. Can you still walk?" Seras asked as she walked a little closer to Lauren.

Lauren looked annoyed now. "I'm not leaving the tiger. I need something to show for fighting it, I'm not leaving without something to demonstrate I actually fought it."

"We could come back for it. Or I guess I could try and drag it back while Samus helps you." Seras suggested.

Samus nodded at Seras' suggestions.

Lauren scowled. "Fine, bring it along." she said, slowly zipping up the backpack and picking it up with her right hand, slipping it over her shoulder.

Seras moved over the the tiger and grabbed it's hind paws, then started dragging it back to the huts.

Samus walked over to Lauren, offering support for the injured woman.

Lauren twitched in surprise at Samus's touch, but allowed her to take part of her weight. She would slowly limp to the house, feeling her injuries now.

Seras would drag the tiger to the outside of the hut she was staying in, then leave it outside, hoping it wouldn't attract any more animals.

Samus easily supported Lauren as they walked back, noticing she was starting to feel her wounds. "You really need to heal and rest."

Lauren nodded, rubbing her stomach with her mangled left hand. she moved to sit at the kitchen table, and laid her hand out, dropping her backpack as she moved. "So whos helping with the medicine?"
