Emily plunged the blade into Jameson's stomach, wrenching it around deeply, and yanking it, very nearly disembowling him. Jamesons screamed, though it would not be heard outside.

Don sniffed. "shes leaving to calm that Wyvern down, and get it cooperating if its sentient. Shes the only one leaving for now. But it'll just be tonight, and you'll be free."

The elevator Surda and Rozlynn rode slowed, and stopped. It opened to a forest, large and lush.

Ness winced a bit and shuddered at the screams as she turned away. Eventually, she put a hand to her mouth and waited for the screaming to stop.

"Wyvern? That's some kind of dragon sub-species, right?" Gideon questioned, raising an eyebrow. "Wait, so... We're being kept here because you're afraid we might spread alien diseases, but at the same time, you've let the thing that made a right mess of that room I was in, and to calm it down, you're letting out a woman covered from head to toe in grime? I'm not exactly seeing the logic, here..."

 

[Random berk]

Out on the open grasslands past the forest, the rathalos was sleeping among the half eaten corpses of its meal. Normally he would have flown, or eaten the prey in his hilltop lair, but here it seemed a waste of time to try and follow his old habits with no thermals and no real peaks to be found.

Jameson's scream eventually tapered. he relaxed back, arms slackening and eyes going back to their normal color. Emily removed the knife, which was bloody, and wiped Jameson's stomach, which had trickled blood. "Well. That was as unpleasant as always."

"Oh, you misunderstood. they're going to another containment facility, this one for animals, to talk to it. They aren't actually going outside or anything." he snorted. "that'd be crazy."

[color=666666] "Um... Wh-What happened to him? Did he have something strange from the kitchen too?" [/color] Ness asked, slowly turning toward Emily. Seeing the bloody knife and the cut in Jameson's stomach, she put her hand back over her mouth and shuddered a bit.

[color=ff4599] Kid, look at the scars on him, this thing looks like it's happened before. Really doubt he'd make the same mistake of eating the same thing again and again. [/color]

"Right..." Gideon responded, blowing a sigh and shaking his head. "Anyway... If we're only s'posed to stay here for the rest of the night, then not being able to leave this paticular part of the quarantine facility's doable, I guess." He continued, scratching the back of his neck. "What can we expect to see on the outside?"

Emily sighed. "Not my story to tell. If he wants to tell you ask him"
quietly, from where Jameson laid, he whispered [sub]"Tell her... Safest thing..."[/sub] Emily glanced at him, and sighed, nodding. "Alright, but we best grab a chair. It's not exactly a short story."

Don smiled happily. "Pretty much everything. theres the market, which is like the most bizarre bazaar in the universe, and then theres the neighborhoods around the WAOA headquarters, which are packed with all sorts of people. Anything you could ever want, and a lot of things that you never realized even existed. Theres even enclaves of immigrants from worlds focused on magical devices instead of mechanical, where you could pick up some magic if you wanted to learn."

Ness nodded a small bit, raising an eyebrow at Jameson's reply. She looked around for a chair and would take it to sit if there was one. If not, she'd try to find a non-bloody patch on the floor and sit down, knees forward and legs closed. [color=666666] "If we're going to be under your care, I'd like to know about things like this. Especially if it could end up being contagious." [/color]

Ness would find a chair at one of the tables. Emily nodded. "I know, it'd be useful to tell you about it all, but considering some of the group, telling them... might not be the best idea." she settled against the wall behind Jameson, and sighed. "Well, it started like this. Jameson was an investigator- someone whos job was to travel to new universes, do some plotting, figure out where he is, see if there was anything we might want, and get out. He'd done a couple jumps, got some experience on his belt, jumped to a new universe, and appeared right in front of a giant wolf. Wolf bit him, ran, and he returned home, bleeding bad. His arm was mangled, and he had to be hospitalized. Next morning, we check on him and its pretty much all healed. Pretty cool right? Guess he got some new superpowers or something. Yay."

she rubbed her head. "It finished healing around midday. his head started hurting, he collapsed... and turned into a giant wolf. We tranqed him before he hurt anybody, and that was that. He was now, and forever, gonna be a fuck-up, the guy we can't rely on but can't fire. so they dumped him down here, with the b-team. Us. the losers. As long as hes got a physical wound to heal, the weird powers he has work on that, heal it up. But as soon as hes healed and fine..." she makes an imitation of a howl.

 

[Demonjazz]

After the person who didn't kill her while she was asleep was... Healed? The pikachu brought her doll up to Jamenson and gave it back to him, everything was right in the universe. She than tried to get through the door which she was having difficulty with considering she was a foot tall

Ness's eyes widened a bit. [color=666666] "...An odd condition for turning into a werewolf..." [/color] She said, still taking the information in. [color=666666] "So you need to keep him injured in order to keep him from turning...? Or does it work where you need to injure him as a wolf to turn him back to normal?" [/color] Her eyes narrowed a bit and she tensed up. [color=666666] "...And does that mean we'll need to hurt him again once that wound heals...?" [/color]

Seeing the pikachu reaching for the door, she blinked before looking back to Emily. [color=666666] "We should let it out.... right?" [/color]

Samus, overhearing Don and Gideon talking, poked her head out of the dorms to get a better listen.

Emily sighed. "injuring him while hes a wolf doesn't do it. You need to kill him." she shuddered. Jameson coughed an approximation of a laugh. [sub]"Yeah, she blew my brains out while I was a wolf. Sent me back to normal. And yeah. I'm gonna need something like this again."[/sub] he explained, prodding the wound. already, blood had stopped leaking on its own, and healing had begun. [sub]"This should last a week or two, but the cuts have been healing more and more quickly so I guess we'll have to wait and see. I'm sorry I pulled you into this Vanessa."[/sub] he muttered, curling up with the doll.

Pikachu would find the door difficult to get through, seeing as the knob was just a little higher then she could reach.

Seras walked up to Amelia, figuring she should maybe apologize to her. Since she didn't know for sure if she was looking at her in an inappropriate way when she had yelled at her.

"Could you show me where you got that tea? I wanna make sure to avoid it." Blondie said to REmilia.

Remilia nodded and led Blondie into the kitchen. She pointed to the various teabags she had discovered. [color=990000]"The one I drank was barkglove."[/color] she informed Blondie.

[color=666666] "...Don't be sorry, since you're taking care of us, it's only fair we try to do the same." [/color] Ness said, looking toward Jameson and then turned to Emily. [color=666666] "It would probably be worth telling the others you feel who'd be able to handle this news." [/color] She paused for a moment before looking back to Jameson, tilting her head a bit. [color=666666] "...But do you really need to starve yourself? I understand the intentions behind it, but that just seems cruel. Someone could mistake you for a massive M if they knew without knowing about your condition." [/color]

Amelia was asleep, curled up into a ball and shifting around a small bit in her sleep. She didn't stir while Seras approached.

The pikachu got really mad at the fact it couldn't open the door... So she used thunder bolt on it!

Seras frowned as she didn't really want to wake Amelia. She looked around for Gideon.

"Glad I don't' drink tea." Blondie said as he looked around for any coffee.

"Who do you think would be safe to know?" Emily asked, glancing towards the pikachu. She then jumped as the pikachu used thunder bolt, which caused a huge crack of noise in the room, and the door to shatter, sending shards spinning- all of 2 feet, before being stopped by one of the guides, whose hand was out. the shards and planks that had made up the door hung in midair, and dropped to the floor. the man cleared his voice. "Alright then. Now, I'm going to ask who exploded the door. and that persons going to answer quietly and calmly. And then we're going to discuss what we need to do to keep you from doing that again." he announced to the room.

considering that a number of the group who had been living here lived on coffee, Blondie would find two different coffee machines. one was labeled turkish, the other normal.
