"The only loose end we need to get is the 'surface'. Once that is over then we can relax and have a party and booze and whatnot." He replied, rolling slowly towards the splicer.
Samus said and did nothing as she watched the group argue over the splicer, contemplating putting a harpoon in his head while no-one was looking.
"If you aren't going to go psycho bonkers again sure..." Franky said bluntly as a small hole in the ball opened and a small vial came out. "Someone just pour that on that goo ball, it'll shrink it down in no time. Just put the vial back after." He said to the group.

The big daddy had tensed during the groups infighting, but had relaxed as they settled. He gently plucked up the little sister, and began thumping down the corridor the group would need to follow. The little sister giggled. "Mr. bubbles, you surprised me! Where are we heading to?"

Ness looked over toward the splicer and scratched the back of her head. [color=666666] ...Great, now he's even more unstable... [/color] Seeing the big daddy lumbering down the way, she momentarily looked toward it before looking back to the splicer, staying where she was for the moment. [color=666666] Maybe I should keep an eye on him... I kind of want to explore on my own though... [/color]
Sighing, Amelia began to follow the big daddy, keeping a decent distance away from him but stepping with purpose nonetheless, somewhat eager to move away from the group. As she moved, she sheathed her rapier.

Since nobody seemed to want to free Blondie, Seras took the vial and did the appropriate thing. She then returned the vial.
The Big Daddy would reach the door, which opened in his presence. He wandered into a glass hallway, which had a clunky security camera bolted on one glass partition. Along the way were a number of objects of cover to act as line of sight blockers for the camera. Wherever the camera looked, a spotlight from the camera would be pointed there. The spotlight would sweep across the floor, then swing back, covering the length of the hallway.
This hallway branched off to two different ways. One, the straight away, was right on the path the splicer had pointed the group on. The other was walked by the Big daddy, and led elsewhere. This hallway branched off right where the camera was installed, leaving a brief moment during each camera sweep that a large amount of the hallway was covered by the camera.

Samus stayed back for now, letting the camera do its sweep and letting the others in the group pass her by.
Ness slowly moved to catch up to the group, still looking back at the splicer as she walked. She wouldn't reach the doorway due to the fact she was walking at a casual pace.

the camera continued its uncaring pan, seeing no infiltrators. the Big daddy and the little sister continued their jaunt down the side corridor.
Deciding to focus on the mission, Amelia kept her movements quick and clean, moving when the camera was sweeping the other way. She moved toward the straight path, smiling as she moved. [color=ff7777] ....Ah, this feels almost like training. [/color] Those who were paying attention to her would notice she kept her hand on her rapier the entire time she ran.
