When Vyse began setting stuff on fire, which did exactly what she expected it to, the cops came running. They tried to prevent Vyse from leaving, but were clearly off-guard, partly because of her appearance and partly because she had just turned a metal door to cinders.

Hotel Two

Yauna had been moved to the hotel as well, and if anyone had to share a room with her, they would potentially see the large hold in Yauna's abdomen. When she left her room in the morning, however, she was in her robes and hat again, concealing the wound.

"Thank you. Honestly I would prefer my dresses, but this will do for now." Candace smirked. "And this is just a journal. I'm hunting for magical artifacts."

 

[Kirke]

Ella nodded and took off again, jogging quickly to try and catch up with Dalahar. As she did, she wondered why Dalahar had fled - and what to say to him when she caught up.

Dalahar stands in the spot he had done. Still contemplating his choice.

Unless the cops were physically standing directly in Vyse's way as she exited her cell, she would just ignore them. If they were, she would try pushing them out of the way. She was inhumanly strong, but not to the point where a simple push would send the officers flying or threaten to kill them.

Unless further action was taken to stop her, Vyse would head directly for Black's cell, and attempt to burn through its door as she had done to her own.

Basketball Court, Pointe Saint-Charles, Montreal. Afternoon. March 4th​

As Shana indicated her target, Kuki looked towards the pebble, having a bit of trouble spotting it, eventually only managing due to the black stone standing out against the white snow. When Shana generated a new plasma ring, Kuki avoided looking at her, while wondering how the glare didn't hurt Shana's eyes. At her saying the firing of the plasma was coupled with a bang, Kuki also wondered how if this was a nuisance for Shana, with her above average hearing, but they kept both questions for later.

"All things considered, I wouldn't have thought otherwise"

, Kuki stated, jokingly, but as always, sounding neutral.

"Well, the range is clear! Fire away!"

Portal room, Pointe Saint-Charles, Montreal. Early Morning. March 5th​

The representative was surprised to hear Blue state she could read minds, and made a mental note to mark this in a report. "We do. However, we will withhold on passing on such information, for the time being. We have shown our goodwill, any further sharing of intelligence, would be through cooperation.

With this said, we would request a formal meeting, to negotiate what the terms for the aforementioned efforts would be."

The guards were blocking Vyse's path, but she easily pushed them aside. Before she could burn Black's cell door, however, one of the guards triggered the handcuff tasers around Vyse's wrists.

"Hey, that sounds a little like us." Yauna said, when she heard Candace explaining her goals.

Black saw Vyse trying to burn through his cell door, and laughed. "What, trying to free me? You know you can't suck me dry, do you?"

Dala frowned. [color=e50000]"And you want to take them back to your world? That's not a good idea. Some artifacts resonate with the world itself, therefore would not be magical in yours. Others could destabilise your realm. You should not do this."[/color]

Early Morning​

"A formal meeting. Where and when?" Blue asked, now quite annoyed at the representative. "You'll also need to give me more information. This was, honestly, nothing a simple spy could not have known. You might think you showed your goodwill, but you haven't yet shown that bothering with you is even worth my time."

 

[Slenn]

Another bang. And the blue ring of hot air and plasma was sent hurling towards the ground where the pebble lay. A loud "thud!" sounded as it impacted, leaving a smoldering crater the size of a playing card.

"Normally this isn't readily used as a weapon. With enough training, the body can pull of successive shots. Or so I'm told. I should probably get some sunglasses. I'm not at the firing range at school where these things are available."

 

[Kirke]

Ella slowed down, and stopped completely ten meters behind Dalahar. After a few seconds of hesitation, she said; "Good morning."

"I only go after ones I know are safe. It would be foolish to do otherwise." Candace assured Dala. She looked to Shana, expression turning grim. "The dead walked, and Nina went missing..."

"Who's Nina? I might be able to find her if you have something of hers." Yauna told Candace. "And a silver mirror."

 

[Vakra jal]

"Whether it is good is still debatable" he said without turning. "I never asked to come here. I never chose this. What happened last night" he began "what happened last night was something that troubles me, the little of it I can remember"

 

[Slenn]

"Hmmm..." She said, not entirely getting the whole picture.

"And may I ask for your name?" She asked Yauna. "My name is Shana Vang."

 

[Chungus]

Kuki winced a little bit on seeing the plasma ring impacting the ground. They looked at the result of the blast a moment, then turned back to face Shana, swaying back and forth on their feet again.

As Shana mentioned sunglasses, Kuki looked at her, a bit puzzled, and asked,

"What are sunglasses?"

They paused briefly, then followed their question up with,

"And is it safe to approach you again, now?"

Portal room, Pointe Saint-Charles, Montreal. Early Morning. March 5th​

"Neutral ground is preferable, although a location of your world is acceptable. In the former case, we'll be ready to facilitate passage within the next ten minutes", the representative stated. "As for what information we have, we have knowledge on the Earth's geography, it's extradimensional defence force and some of its capabilities. In addition, we have a currently-limited surveillance network, with the possibility to expand as needed, and various other capabilities tailored towards shadow warfare."

"Oh, I'm Yauna. I was the one who petrified the giant zombie last night." Yauna informed Shana.

 

[Slenn]

"They go over your eyes and they dim the incoming light into your eyes. And yes, it's safe to get closer." She nodded.

The electrical shock gave Vyse pause for a moment, causing the yellow lights present on her face as the only thing approaching visible facial features to brighten slightly. [color=ef5000]"Any other time I'd thank you, but right now that's just annoying."[/color] Looking over towards the police officers, she held out her palm towards them, and from it was launched bolts of electricity towards the policeman. If either of the police were struck by the bolts, they would have the same effect as getting hit by a taser.

[color=ef5000]"What. Explain."[/color] Vyse demanded of Black after hearing what he had to say.

"Didn't I see you in town a few days ago? And I don't think I have anything of hers..." Candace looked to Dala. "There was a store, but what was there was overpriced and not what I was looking for."
