"I don't think Ile Bizard has the necessary components. There are probably shops in downtown Montreal with them, though." Yauna said to Dana. She then turned to Candace and said, "We have more pressing matters and, on top of that, I need to summon my tome which takes a full hour."

The technician had finished setting up the relay pylon, a blue light flickering near the bottom of the machine, and a soft, low humming electrical noise being heard as a miniature portal was made and sustained at the top of the portal. His job done, the technician stepped back to the drum trolley, and rolled it back through the portal.
"For the time being, we will continue to monitor her. We would, however, like to request a file on her. Detailing capabilities and the sort."

"We will collect it along with Anik's file, when your mages are ready." The rep paused, taking a few breaths, while glancing away from Blue, and bringing a hand to his earpiece. He held the position for a moment, then lowered the hand again, and looked back to Blue. "An update on the situation, all of the EDs have now agreed to help Dala. The woman who works in the portal station is with them, as well. They need time to prepare, however. So you have a moment to set everything up, yourself. We'll warn you again once they're on they mobilise.
That was all, for now." With this said, the rep turned, and left through the portal, it closing behind him.

"It's not like I don't think the levitation ball is cool, which it is, but I learned it not too long ago so I have to keep practicing. I can't do the illusion thing though, the closest I could get is to look through another persons eye's. I might be able to see through illusions that way, but things get all weird when I do that so it might not help that much. What you can do sounds awesome." replied Raz, hopping off the ball.

Dalahar was in luck. Sepr Iles shipped huges amounts or iron ore all over the world. When he requested passage on a medium sized hauler he wasn't easily denied. The ship was due to leave this evening. In this time Dalahar wondered what had become of those he had met after emerging here
Somewhere of the west coast of America
"I am declaring both SOS and WK officially a success." The garbled voice spoke. "Liquidation begins soo and Tombstone can start by making some money back, contracting jobs in Africa and such. DI will continue, now with CA as the focus. Amazing work, all of you"
"Thank you" the person was delighted to hear that "good to know our work is appreciated. The focus on CA is the final step." He paused for a moment, slightly tentative "Wbat will happen to the other teams here?"
The other garbled voice spoke "Events are moving a pace due to our observations. CA will be moved also, other teams will be adequately seen to also"
With that tha transmission stopped once again and the shrouded man sighed. He knees which way this was going

Blue nodded, then send an illusion out of the portal (if she did not already). She ordered some mages, soldiers and golems behind the portal to stand ready, then walked out of the room, coming back not much later with paper, ink and feather. She wrote things she knew about Dala on it.

Dala has bright red hair, reaching to her shoulderblades. It is slightly unkempt and frazzled, with several braids in it, held by different coloured beads. She has big, emerald green eyes. Her face is round, with an average nose and a big mouth. Her build is neither small nor big, neither slender nor thick. She does not have arms, but her legs are mostly visible, being fairly slender. She stays barefoot, to use her feet to perform tasks, and her toenails are painted in different colours.
Note: Her voice is hoarse, like the one of a heavy smoker. She can lose her voice for a time after breathing too much fire.

Dala wears a low-cut dress, which is held by a grey sash at the waist. It reaches to her thighs. It's base colour is cyan, and it has several creases in it. Several different patches are sewn on it, all of them out of different materials. While some are simple leather and cloth, though in unusual colours, others are made out of grass or out of an aluminium-type material. All of these patches stem from different worlds, the only clear indication to where she has been.
Underneath the dress, visible through the low cut, Dala wears an orange turtleneck shirt. She also wears a red cape with a yellow fringe, held by two leather shoulderpads, hiding her lack of arms. All her clothing is magic-infused and fireproof, as well as able to withstand other elemental damage.

Dala has quite the quirky personality, liking to joke around and make fun of things, mainly things she does not like. She does not hold back with her powers, but feels like she does not need to use them often. Under her quirkyness, she has a certain seriousness to her, stemming from her past and her apprenticeship. She also takes her codex quite seriously.
Dala is a fire mage, meaning she has lots of different spells related to fire and the colour red. She is extremely powerful, being able to traverse planes of existence. Her magic power is based on Mana, and even though she has a lot of it, she needs to regenerate it by meditating in a mountain-y area.
Portal Breath:
Dala can aspirate a portal, leading from one world to another. It does lead to specific points on the worlds, and can not just lead to anywhere, though it can be created anywhere. It can be kept up for about two minutes, or until Dala sucks it back into her mouth. The size is enough for one person to step through. Size and duration can be influenced by the world it leads to.

Breathes a jet of flame, variable in length, and temperature. The maximum is 300m and 2.000?C. Mana costs are variable depending on strength.
Red Fire:
Engulfs an area about the size of a back alley in flames. Around 1.500 ?C
Green Fire:
Breathes a trail of fire, that homes in on the target. Trail lasts for 10 seconds
Blue Fire:
Breathes a jet of blue flame, which can melt metal, but does not affect other material.
Magenta Fire:
Spits out a fireball that burns at a cool 1.000 ?C, but is unaffected by water.
Multi-colour Fire:
A trick shot; does nothing but look fancy.
Fire shield:
Does look like self-immolation. Protects from all flame attacks. Burns or melts most projectiles. Burns everything around her.
Haste:
Enhances Dala's speed and reaction about five times. Her eyes look like they are burning.
Flying:
Dala can fly, creating jets of flame under her feet. She does not like to do this.
Blood Moon:
Turns a visible moon red. Darkens the sky and makes a blood moon visible during day. Makes a blood moon visible during other times.
Does let Dala use the land she stand on, regardless of the type, as rapid mana regeneration. The land does suck energy out of other mages, if they are not based on fire, as well. Can be used as a power demonstration or to scare people.
Can only be done once a month, and lasts about 10 minutes.

Dala does not have much in natural resistances, aside from a high level magic shield, which protects her from most magic attacks. Apart from the Fire Shield, she is weak against physical attacks. Her clothing is fireproof.
Dala does not have many weaknesses. Her lack of arms does not hinder her much, aside from not being able to fight physically, or carry most things. But for this, she has the Burning Wish. Most other tasks can be performed with feet or mouth.
She would also order a file on Anik, which included her ability to read hearts, her manipulation and some of her fighting skills, her agility (jumping on rooftops), but not her strength and her scale-thing.
