Faa lands back outside the hotel. Nothing acrobatic this time, he'd just eaten. He felt bad, hunting like his ancestors did. The Royal hunt of Scathis was a great ceremony but this, hunting for sustenance like a beast. Something felt very primal about it. He realised he still had blood on his claws and sits down outside the hotel to lick them clean.

The clerk would count out the money, then consult a ledger. After a short wait, Dala would be handed a number of notes with a similar general design to Earth money. However, the imagery would be different, having the face of a Faotrine man on the centre of one side and a wolf's head on the other. In all, Dala would receive around $1000 of the local currency.

Zevrisya nodded, the towel rustling slightly, and said, [color=660099]"Yeah, it fell off during a fight last night and I forgot to go back and get it."[/color]

After about half an hour of being with the mages, the engineer called in a senior technician, while the engineer himself went to tend to other duties.
When the mages finished, the technician glanced to them, then walked into the room. "Making any progress?" he asked.

Throne room, otherworld. Presently
"Adequate", the representative stated, giving a small nod. "And it brings me to the next point. We would like to be involved in forming a new plan of action. Perhaps, then, a similar medthod of answering any questions could be adopted."

Dala and Candace would find another phone box nearby, similar to the one Dala had previously used.

After having the phone dialed, Dala would find the phone was answered relatively quickly. "Menna Prosthetics. How can I help?" the voice asked.

Zevrisya would extend her cane down so she could navigate better with it, and Shana would also see Zev move her eyepatch over under the towel. Shana would then also likely notice something moving where Zevrisya' right eye would be.

We need to work together, though, and right now it is still difficult. It would take some time to develop an artifact who can take over our roles - probably a week." the bearded mage said. "For now, we can help you to get at least a different, unfamiliar signal out to the world you want to travel to."

If there were windows with curtains, her first response would be to draw them closed. Otherwise she would just say [color=ff9966]"Thanks."[/color] And sit down on the bed.
