I guess i would simply want my old body back,but with a couple of modifications. Firstly,the ablity to see in the dark. That way,i won't be scared by darkness at all,and will be able to exploit it in my favor. Secondly,some implants,so i could use Telekinesis. I always wanted to be telekinetic,because i'm rather lazy person.

If not that,then probably cat. I like cats.

But it wouldn't act like my old one. For a start my spit would become highly corrosive with prolonged contact with air.
