I would say that there should be more shooter games that actually require thought giving more of a challenge to the ADHD shooters out there who can't listen to each other. Its sadly unfortunate seeing that people would rather win by who has the most "skill" rather than who has the most cunning, makes you appreciate games like Assassins creed brotherhood.

As long as the developers get paid they don't give a damn. Look at duke nukem forever. I think borderlands is a big exception

Dead Space and Bioshock (As franchises) fit that category well enough for me.

The problem is the appeal.

Do you know if people still play Advanced Wanted on Xbox for that? I've tried for months to find a game and all I get are 3 people maximum. I need six to get a game going.

Definitely Deus Ex: Human Revolution. I remember reading something (maybe it was on the Escapist) about Deus Ex being rather punishing on COD-style playing. Basically, the game encourages stealth play.
