I'd have to say the level three Machine Gun from Cave Story.
Why something so standard, you ask?
The level three Machine Gun has so much recoil, you can use it as a jet-pack.
It makes life so much easier.

It's dead smexy when slow motion starts and you see you the bullet fly out as you fire.
