Oh great I fight the zombies with my iPod, which might prove useful as access to the internet could be extremely useful for surviving though useless in combat.

Looks like a DS Lite. It's in an aluminum protective case, which I guess might make it a bit more useful for bludgeoning, but I'd probably be better off pocketing it, scrounging for a real weapon, and using it to play a few hours worth of videogames on my downtime before the battery eventually wore down.
As for things I own that I could actually use as weapons? If I had to pick two, probably my machete and my bow. The bow is a crappy kid's thing I've had since I was 12 or 13, but it's got 15 pounds of draw and if nothing else I could use it to kill small game for food. The machete is a machete, and has a rather obvious set of uses.
