not a weapon. a whole class.

Diablo 2's Druid, in a summoner build. There's a million things more powerful in the game, dozens of builds more useful for the Druid class - but an army of pets slowly whittling down an army of undead and demons is just awesome to behold [http://www.youtube.com/user/Toxicate20#g/c/B93059BD90F7E8B7].

I do pretty much the same with the Cowboy Repeater in Vegas. I just love the animations it has.

SR2:I prefer the first pistols (NR4's?) over the Kobras/.44 and like the 50cal over the RPG.

Bad Company 2: I like the MP-443 Grach (was the first gun I platinumed) over the 1911 etc and will take a light tank over a heavy tank any day.

Just Cause 2: I find that dual default pistols are funner than dual SMGS/magnums.

+Accuracy weapons.

Like Marcus says: "What good is a gun that doesn't shoot where you point it?"

Hyperion 4-ever.

The aerial-specialised keyblades in KH. Yeah, they do less damage than ground-based ones, but I'm addicted to bouncing around like an idiot and the less time I spend on the floor, the better. Plus some of them look really, really cool.

Technically this is a unit but....

Megalith 2's from Supreme Commander 2

Nothing more awesome then a heavy armored beetle, making its way towards an enemy base with enemy-melting lazers and heavy caliber guns.

the common level cosmic blade in disgaea is better the legendary god's hand weapon I have.

Indeed. Though I did use Lincoln's Repeater when I found that. That gun seriously kicks all ass. Also, there's something incredibly amusing about walking around in hi-tech power armor wielding a rifle from the 1800s.

In Halo Combat Evolved, I would pick up the god pistol over rocket launchers and snipers. Felt too awesome to run up, do the sweet pistol whip animation, then shoot the guy in the face.

In Halo 3 multiplayer, I memorized the locations of every Mauler on the maps. It may have been weaker than the regular shotgun, but if I could get close to people, I could do a simultaneous melee-shotgun blast to the face instakill. Good memories.

in any game where u have a hand gun of any sort i always use it up to the point that max amo doesn't kill a single enemy. Even though its weaker than everything for the sake of what i think the original post was about id rather use a pistol than a revolver.

M1 Garand on World at War.

Didn't do much at close range, but just emptying a clip on to someone at long range is the most satisfying feeling on any CoD game.
