So, I wnat to talk with you guys about webcomics a bit.
-Do you read any webcomics at all?
-If you do, do you check them on a regular basis?
-Which is your favorite?
And all the other stuff that comes to your mind.
Now I for example read 69 comics on a regular basis + one blog about newspapercomics, and my fovorite is Pennyarcade.

Used to read 8-Bit Theater but that finished, and VG Cats takes forever to update now.

I have a huge webcomic shaped hole in my week...

Only read a few webcomics.

Penny Arcade.

Actually, that's it.

8-bit theater ended a few months back, and he's busy with the career he made out of it. Atomic Robo, and even writing for Marvel, I believe.

Every Sunday, Kotaku publishes some webcomics. I also use that time to check out xkcd and thedoghousediaries. And occasionally Critical Miss.

-Do you read any webcomics at all?

Yes, I read several, namely the ones on this site, XKCD, Dr McNinja, and the occasional Penny Arcade.

-If you do, do you check them on a regular basis?

I do indeed, checking them generally on the days that they are released

-Which is your favourite?

My favourite is probably XKCD.

I haven't come across any webcomic that I find appealing.

Maybe I'm not looking hard enough, but the majority that I've seen are cheap-looking and seem to focus entirely on nerd humor.

I read so many webcomics it is not even funny. I don't even really enjoy most of them.

Homestuck is my favourite, HUGE SHOCK. I am pretty much ravenous for Andrew Hussie's e-cock.
My F5 key goes to counselling because of all the violent bashing it recieves.

I read several on a regular basis, most of my favorites update five days a week.

Current favorite is probably Real Life Comics, with runners up being Questionable Content & Sheldon.

I read Questionable Content and El Goonish Shive.

I also keep up with the Escapist comics and Penny Arcade, though I'm loathe to call them comics anymore, as they have no real story arcs, more like illustrated news updates.

Megatokyo//Penny Arcade//VG Cats//PvP Online//& 8-bit Theater.

Unfortunately they all went donwhill for me...

Megatokyo is too emo at times and waaaaaaaaaaaaay to dramatic at times.

Penny Arcade isn't the same as years ago. When the strips (not the posts from Gabe and Tycho) were the satire of games.

VG cats is updated every 4 years apparently so so much for that.

Pvp is awesome but a bit unfocused...

And 8-bit became too wordy after the inclusion of Monk and White Mage.

Here are some webcomics I'm reading-
VG Cats
Nerf Now
Manly Guy Doing Manly Things
Awkward Zombies
MegaTokyo (although I am losing interest)
PFGD and
GG Guys

I check on them when they are supposed to be out but not all of them update so a regular basis. My favourite is probably PFGD and Manly Guy Doing Manly Things.

I check four on a regular basis at the moment:
xkcd
Dueling Analogs
VGCats (more in hope than expectation)
and Questionable Content.

And occasionally I check Stolen Pixels. Speaking of which, what's happened to that?

- Yeah, I do. A lot, actually.
- I have about 9 I check on a regular basis, plus another 12 I'm working my way through.
- Curious, my favourite's Penny Arcade too, even though I like their older strips (2002 - 2006) more, mostly because I guess I just like reading about gaming during the early 21st century, and I wasn't a gamer myself at that time, so it's all the more interesting to me.

Also, I wrote a long, long a while ago on another thread about why exactly I like Penny Arcade. If you read it and remember it, or find it, then great, good luck. But the reason I like it isn't because it's popular, fuck you (though I guess it's popular because it's so good, which is not the case at all, though, for a little piece o' comic like Ctrl+Alt+Delete).
