The one that I check all the time is Real Life Comics. I used to read a dead webcomic called Mysterium House which was about a group of kids who live in a house and make Myst/Ubisoft humor. And it was that comic that made me hear about Real Life Comics.

xkcd is the only one that I check occasionally.

Freakangels is my new crack. [http://www.freakangels.com/], While Looking for group has a lot of filler, but is generally great. [http://www.lfgcomic.com/]

I read Ctrl+Alt+Delete, Cyanide & Happiness, Flaky Pastry, and Penny Arcade along with the occasional XKCD or others that get posted on Digg.

Questionable Content, Dresden Codak and The Meek.

My favorite is ATM Dresden Codak, even though his update schedule is slower than a snail in winter-hibernation. Close runner-up is The Meek, which has a slightly better update frequency. Questionable Content is more of an old habit. I have followed it since it hit 1000.

I read el Goonish shive and the ones on this site, that's about it. EGS keeps dipping in and out of Cerberus syndrome, but is usually consistently funny.

Rooster Teeth Comics, Nuzlocke, Awkward Zombie and Hipster Hitler currently. They fill me with giggles.

I used to read Kid Radd, but that finished (and the site doesn't really work any more), and I grew bored of Cyanide & Happiness.

Basically the nerd ones.

Ctrl-Alt-Del
Looking for Group. A must for anyone who likes fantasy RPG's
Bear Nuts. Which is basically the Care Bears if thought up by the writers of South Park.

But my personal favorite is Jack. Anyone who has not read this comic (and doesn't mind furries), needs to go check it out right now. It is one of the best written and most interesting stories I have ever read.

My Google reader currently has 502 unread items in it. Around 90% are webcomics. I gave up a time ago on my plan to regularly read them, so I'm back to the "save my place and check back in a few months" with most of them, I've just yet to clean up reader.

I do follow a few as they update, for example Schlock Mercenary and XKCD.

I occasionally flick through Bleedman's stuff and Neurotically Yours, but that's about it.

I read about a dozen or so different webcomics, here are a few of them:
Blip-Just started reading it, the story is interesting so far, it's a girl with no destiny and god doesn't like that.

El Goonish Shive-Very fun and carefree story but still has a lot of personality to it's characters. If you read the archive you'll see a spot where he stop for a few years, big improvement in art and story telling after that happens.

Gunnerkrigg court-It's a very good fantasy mystery.

Hanna is not a books name-Same story as above but more urban fantasy, no regular updates right now.

Slightly damned-Good story lots of jokes.

Xkcd-Math and programing jokes.

Three panel soul-Joke a week type of thing just not weekly, also read his ended comic Machall.

Gone with the blastwave-Very funny post-apocalyptic comic, this one wins the once in a blue moon update award(I read Dresdan Codak and Blastwave is worse with updates)

I read VG cats which is about cats that play video games and sometimes are characters in video games, the site also has another webcomic called Super Effective which is about Pokemon, I also read Brawl In The Family which is about Kirby Nintendo games, mainly Kirby, and I used to read 2P start but that ended, I check them regularly but I also read Penny Arcade & XKCD occasionally which probably doesn't need any explanation as most people are familiar with them. For those of you wondering Super Effective is the only one i've mentioned that has an over-arching story also i'm not sure if i'd recommend VG cats & Super Effective because it a really long time before they update it.
