The only one I read right now is Brawl in the Family. It's simple humor based on the Nintendo characters (with a primary focus on the Kirby universe), but it's pretty good. I stopped reading Ctrl-Alt-Del a long time ago, and Penny Arcade isn't really my thing.

I don't know about the others, but I started reading it back when I still found it amusing, and now just read it out of habit more than anything else. It's still good for a chuckle, when it's not wrapped up in super cereal story arcs about miscarriages and cheating on one's fiance.
