Well Ctrl+Alt+Del starts out more humor oriented with a plot kind of loosely placed throughout it, but eventually it really gets going story-wise. And for some reason that made people hate it. Sigh... Point is, I recommend it.
I tried it, but I am looking for something a bit MORE plot based, not a gaming comic but something with character development and such.
Which is definitely its strong point later on, but I understand if the beginning is kind of hard to get through if you're specifically looking for story.

VGcats and Awkward Zombie are hilarious, but if you want plot I'd go with Better Days. That's probably one of the best plots I've seen in a webcomic, it has amazingly round characterization, it's just awesome. It's fun to watch the twins grow up too ^_^ AND it's pretty funny when it needs to be.

Well I still see it as a webcomic similar to Penny Arcade, and if I go into it with a bad disposition regarding it I know I won't like it.

I've actually started my own webcomic. It's only just starting, though. Just over 30 pages. I update it every Friday though.

It's sci-fi/action/drama, and I think I'm doing it rather well. PM me feedback if you like.

The site is http://scoutingtacos.com/

The comic is called Iced Over.

*cough*miscarriage*cough*

Also B^U. And the author is a dick.

OT: Right now, in my bookmarks, I have Questionable Content, Cyanide and Happiness, Darths and Droids, and Order of the Stick. All of them are great.

No. Stay away from Better Days, and anything else that has Jay Naylor's name on it. The short version, he's a furry porn artist, and his comic definately shows this fact. Like, SHOWS it.

Don't even google it.

Thx. And machinima = videos. This is a webcomic. It has absolutely nothing to do with Halo or videogames or anything like that. I just can't draw for shit, so I did that.

Lets see, for Plot and Humor, I would have to say that Twokinds [http://twokindscomic.com/] and The Adventures of Dr. Mcninja [http://drmcninja.com/] are easily your best bet. Looking for Group [http://www.lfgcomic.com/] is a very good on also.

Those 3 are very plot related, and are some of the funniest things I have seen.

I would very very highly suggest Twokinds. It is fantastic. And suggest joining the web-comic group too.

Still, thats kinda working around the complaint. But whatever, I'll look into it, but I suggest you find yourself and artist.

Gone with the blastwave [http://www.blastwave-comic.com/index.php?p=comic&nro=1] is awesome, but short.

I would also recommend Darths and Droids [http://darthsanddroids.net/episodes/0001.html], especially if you're a fan of table top RPGs (but even if you're not, it's still hilarious), as well as Sinfest [http://www.sinfest.net/archive_page.php?comicID=1].
I am liking gone with the blastwave.

Yeah, it's a great webcomic, but unfortunately, it gets updated very rarely, and there's currently only about 50 pages up, so you'll get through it in probably a single day.

I know, disappointing isn't it?
Im already done...:(

Dude, have you ever heard of The Adventures of Doctor McNinja?

This webcomic has so much awesome condensed into such a small space that it threatens to tear the fabric of reality asunder!

ASUNDER, I SAY!

It certainly does not show it, I didn't even know he did porn until like a year after I found Better Days. Anyway, it's a great story, and that's what OP wanted, so that's the suggestion I'm sticking to.
