I do spend hours almost daily on Grooveshark.com. They seem to have every song ever and you can go and listen for free - without even signing up - as much as you want. And it's somehow legal.

The Onion is my homepage. I get a witty fake news headline to start my day with a laugh.

And I use Hulu a ton to catch up on my favorite shows.

TVTropes, of course! And there's any number of excellent webcomics (Dr. McNinja! DM of the Rings! Concerned! Darths and Droids! Irregular Webcomic, which if you take one minute to read every comic and all of the annotations, would take you approximately 47 straight hours to read!) and web series (Red vs. Blue! All those GMod videos like the GMod Idiot Box and Half-Life Full Life Consequences! Abridged Series of random anime!).

And, if you're into fanfiction, there's some really, really great Troll Fics out there (or what we hope desperately are Troll Fics...) like My Immortal (Harry Potter fic) or The Adventures of Light and Dark Yagami (Death Note).
