Weidest Video Game Related Dream

So your subconsciously liking a game you haven't even played yet. Makes sense... I had a dream about the library in the first Halo game when I first played it.

Uh...one time I had a dream that I was rescued by Sonic. Then when I looked up at him he made a weird face and morphed into Shadow with purple hair. Then we careened off an edge and I woke up. Weird.

i executed my friend in CoD4. we were IN the game, and he wasnt listening to my other friend, whose in the army, so my friend in the army told me to execute him. and i did so unflinchingly. needless to say when i told my friend this, he avoided CoD4 for a while.

I had a dream I was in a Japanese video game and my hair was yellow and all spiky and stuff. I was riding this mining cart down a track down a hill and ended up next to a river. Then this purple fog came and I heard "We have to go back up!" so I shot up back the hill and looked over the side and the purple fog was there too advancing as fast as the other side (which was really fast). So I jumped and flapped my arms and I flew over it, over the river and got air under my wings(?) and soared higher. Then there was a really tall tower and I woke up.

I once woke up on a Monday morning after having played Vice City all weekend and looked groggily around for a save point (one of the VC ones of course!) so I could 'quit and go to school'.

Well, one time I had a dream that I was a FPS character with a .44 magnum, and i was fighting the piranha plant thing from mario, which kept hiding and then chasing me around this abandoned factory thing

I had a dream which i guess is based off of mmorpg's and such but it wasn't any game i remember but i was in some olde timey place with fire raining down, an elf with a bow and a dwarf with an axe was with me and a old wizard shouting stuff like "This is out only option, hurry save the world from eternal damnation!" he opened up a portal and we all ran into as a fire ball was about to hit us... then i woke up. I was a bit confused as the time portal was made with ice magic, and nature magic. But i marked it up as a side effect from too much WoW and went back to sleep =).

I had a dream about Dragon Age.

I had just gone into the wilds and got the vials of blood for the ritual. The ritual started and I drank the blood, but I didn't survive. :/

It wasn't odd.. but it was a really short dream.

Just last night, I had a dream where I was Jack from BioShock, and I was in the medical pavilion in Rapture. I was low on ammo and Eve for my plasmids, and there were Splicers running towards me from all sides. Then suddenly, I got a weird impulse to say, "Activate VATS!" Then everything froze, and I found that I could use the VATS targeting system from Fallout 3 to target their individual limbs. Since they were all generic Thuggish Splicers, I used this to cripple them and get away to stock up on resources. Then I woke up.

This most bizarre part of this dream wasn't the BioShock/Fallout combination, but the fact that I haven't played either of those games for a while. I guess this dream could have happened due to my excitement for BioShock 2 coming out in February. The only thing that would have made this dream better is if I was a Big Daddy instead of a common man.

One time I had a dream where i was in Left 4 Dead's 2nd hospital level,and I was killing zombies with shurikens while float on by modest mouse was playing in thee background

i went "ok" and hang up, then sudenly a bunch of copters came falling down and i heard a distinct voice scream "ITS AN EMP" (i bought Modern Warfare 2 but as my 360 is RROD i havent played it, i saw that scene in the review here on the escapist) so there i am runing for my life carrying my PS2 when someone trows a MP40 and tells me "SHOOOOOOOOOT"

so i start shooting at a wall (??)

then i woke up

I started to laugh there. That was freaking hillarious. You're just sad, not obsessed.

OT:

When I first got Dragon Age, Morrigan and Allistair were trying to kill me. Allistair was using a stick with a huge marshmellow to beat me and Morrigan was trying to roast me over a fire while he was killing me.

Don't ask me why, but I used them as bait during a quest, and they ended up dying. I quit at that point. I guess they were pissed.

My weirdest was i was getting off of the pelican at the beginning of the Arch(Halo 3) but it was in first person and i could see Altiiars hands(Assassins Creed) and i was using the hidden blade to assassinate grunts when a Brute jumped into frame weilding the Apotheosis(Staff from Oblivion that shoots lightening) and shooting it at me. So then Mr. T(idk) runs out from behind me and yells "get to the choppa" in arnold swarzenegers voice and runs through the cliff we were standing near i follow through the cliff and fall out of the side of an attack helicopter and fall to my death onto a pile of left 4 dead zombies. right before i woke up i had about 5 seconds of the swirling camera of death from halo 3.

i dont even wanna know where that came from since i was on vacation in myrtle beach at the time and hadnt played a videogame in over a week...

After playing WOW for the first and last time for 6 hours I had a dream that me and 4 of my friends were charters in the game. When i tried to do an attack, I walked over do the toolbar and selected a button. Then the Magic School Bus came and ran over everything. After that Bill Cosby came out and tried to kill one of my friends with a rocket launcher, who was now a duck. I could go on, but then my psychologist's would have some dirt on me...

I had a dream that I was in a fps and I had assassinate some woman. My first attempt at this mission was a failure but as I died I blinked and I was at the beginning again. I finally finish by shooting a not surprised lady and then woke up. A slightly more technical dream then any I had ever had.
