I'm allergic to:

It's a damned shame, too. I love the stuff. Also, I find that I have reactions to anything I eat more than three times a week.

Oh man, where do I start....

Things I'm allergic to by skin contact,
Iodine-oddly enough I can ingest iodine in salt/seafood with no problems, it's only by skin contact that it hurts me.
Hmm, I think that's the only one that I actually have to come in to contact with for it to affect me.

(...)
Are you allergic to the Iodine in desinfectant solutions or does skin contact with Iodine salt cause a reaction? Because the Iodine in those solutions is elemental iodine solved in alcohole while iodine in salt is the negatively charged ion.

My allergies aren't as bad as they used to be, but mold can still kill me in higher concentrations. I also have a slight pressure allergy so any constricting clothing will leave a mild rash after it is removed. My allergies were so bad when I little if I went outside in the fall or spring without my inhaler it could have killed me.

My mom has it worse: she is severely allergic to peppers (you know, the kind that get put in damn near everything these days), melons (including cucumbers), pressure (worse than me), and cold. I kid you not, she gets hives and stuff from cold temperatures. Why she still lives this far north is kind of a mystery to me.

My dad has an alcohol allergy; mostly it just turns him pink, but supposedly it has some other issues, too.

Only the Iodine in the disinfectant solutions.

Made donating blood interesting when regulations required iodine. Now that chlorhexadine is more commonly used it's easier.

Mosquitoes, midgies, sandflies, nickel, seafood and sunscreen for me. I think the weirdest one of mine is definitely the sunscreen one.

Chocolate Cake.

No. Seriously! I am not allergic to any of the ingredients, but when you combine them and I eat it I get crippling indegestion, without fail. It is really weird and I don't get it from anything else... It also took me 21 years to realise that the occasional cramping stomach pains I got was linked to post meals that I had eaten chocolate cake/brownie.
I'd say you might have a cocoa intolerance, my mum does too, cocoa makes her sick and can give her a migraine. Chocolate cake and brownie both use a fair bit of cocoa compared to other chocolate foods

Yeah, that sounds like a nickel allergy, it's quite common.

I usually get very itchy and can break out in hives, as well as getting dizzy, I have yet to be actually incapacitated (unless you count allergy induced lethargy) My dad gets on fine, hasn't caused any problems so far.
You should get a maid as a prescription!

Ah... That is probably it! I will have some hot cocoa and see if it does it too! You may have just helped me massively, and for that I thank you hugely! :D

When my big brother was little, he was allergic to chicken. He has since outgrown it...and replaced it with a seafood allergy.

Actually, once when he was in middle school, one teacher accused him of making up chicken allergy. As in, she didn't believe that was a thing. When dad confronted her about it, she justified herself with "Well, he looked so scheming when he said it!".

Overall, she was kind of a *****.
