I don't know if anyone has this power, but the ability to make anyone looking at a particular object hallucinate. This way, I could cast it on people's food as they were trying to eat it. Why? Just for a laugh. It's hard to eat a sandwich when it suddenly turns Technicolor and starts talking to you (true story - never try to eat anything too soon after waking up from a heavy sedative-induced sleep).

Freakazoid, anyone?
I don't remember anything that he did, but I do know that whatever it was that he did was awesome. Whatever that thing that he did was.
Ya dig?

All the villains superpowers across the history of fiction, because they are always limited by the dogma of hero winning in the end anyway.

after many years contemplating this i have decided the greatest super power one can have barring universe spanning god power is what nick cage had in "next". being able to see everything approx 2 mins in the future, u'd be unstoppable. period.

as for weakest? i gotta go with a classic.... "can talk to fish"

The weirdest and stupidest idea would be "If I ate a banana, my eyes shoot lazers" from the stupid show "Hero 108"
