Weird glitches and oh shi- moments

For some reason I keep getting weird glitches in games like when I was playing fallout 3 I was in DC about to enter a building and for no reason the bus next to me flies into the building and explodes. Another time I was playing mercenaries 2 and when I got into the helicopter I just ordered it immediately flipped upside down and exploded.

I have also had a lot of oh shi- moments like in fallout 3 the first time I tripped the grenade trap I saw something roll across the bottom of my screen so I went to check it out and the second I realized what it was I only had time to go O- before it exploded.

any one else have any of these (and I searched but didn't find anything like this)

There was some part in Half Life 2 where you were still running from the CP, but there was a tunnel you had to go through. So you're crawling through it, but then there's a hacker aabout to pop out. I almost shat a brick when that happened.

Some of the traps and ambushes in Demon's Souls. Seriously, giant boulders roll down stairs incredibly fast in that game.
In FPS where I just enter the scope mode with a sniper rifle, and the first thing I see is another guy with a sniper staring at me. Usually I die.

Just recently I got stuck halfway up a ladder in L4D while the rest of my team were getting their nipples ripped out by a bunch of hunters. Good times.

There was this one Headcrab in Half-Life 2 that made me fly at least 100 meters when it hit me. And then there is Resident Evil 4, when you're facing a Regenerator and you're out of rifle-ammo.

I was playing monster hunter with my team and we were fighting a plesioth (Big,two-legged, shark monster for those of you that don't play). I had managed to paralyzed it just before it jumped in the water, so the animation stopped and we thought it was going to be on the land. Instead all of a sudden it glitched into the water, but it was still spazzing out like it normally does when it gets paralyzed.

I remember in "Simpsons hit & run" I was driving across a bridge when half the city vanished into blue light but I was still in the level. I've fallen out of levels way too many times and once fell off the planet itself in "star wars episode 1: racer" I was on tatowine hit a wall and flew into a area made of blackness.

Was playing fallout 3 one day. was walkin about findin guys to kill and then i suddenly left the map.

The other day me and my friend were playing Halo wars, we needed to buy some time so we could switch tactics so we infantry rushed one of the enemy bases. our squads got slaughtered, except for one of my needler grunts, ust one. who survived and decided to be invincible. He stuck there shooting at the enemy base and units, and they did everythingh and couldnt kill it! when i tried to switch to him to control him it said he was out of the map. funny crap.

You know how sometimes on TF2 it freezes and the little red disconnect timer appears in the corner?

My mate once had that, turned to the right (cus you can still turn) and there was a crit rocket RIGHT IN HIS FACE

He bricked it, naturally

Playing CoW:WaW trying to find new spots to hide at by playing a game of hide and seek with friends. Backed up into some odd corner got stuck and pushed slightly outside the map.

Then again my boyfriend laughs at me cause any game I play I get stuck somehow.

Fallout 3, when a deathclaw was charging at me and just flew up into the sky.

I was relieved to say the very least.

I was playing Splinter Cell: Double Agent, on co-op, with my friend. We were going through a doorway(the metal oval ones like on submarines, and industrial boats) and we both tryed to go through the door at the same time, and we got stock in it, so my friend backed out, and I jsut stayed there, I couldn't move, I couldn't do anything, then I just dropped dead.
Death by a Doorway. It was so demeaning

I was playing RE5 and at the end when your fighting wesker I kept dying. One time it loaded as soon as the game came on after the loading screen, wesker already had his gun out and aiming at me, I was like "what the f-BANG" and then he sped away.
It was like GO! BANG! gone... lol

GTA IV.
Modified the firetrucks weight from 7 tons to 7000 tons.
And then drove thru the bridge between two islands.
It was pure art.

Borderlands (360) has some awesome glitch moments.

Me and some friends are just about to fight some tough enemies, when half of them keep turning invisible and everyone is running upside down. Yeah.

In Fallout 3, when your in a room filled with gas, and the enemy decides to shoot. God that's annoying. It's killed me before when there were multiple enemies just because I couldn't use a stimpak for about 10 seconds.

I had one in Fallout 3 where a thing that looked like a crumpled up Daddy Long Legs chaced me around abit, I thought it was a new type of monster at first, so I fired afew bullets, then just ran away, far far away

in fallout 3 i had a moment where i was creeping through a subway/sewer tunnel....as per norm confident in my ability to... utterly destroy anything that i came across...as i had a 100% flamer and LOTS of ammo....and perks that made it more dangerous.... all of a sudden out of nowhere i get bum rushed by a pack of ghouls and i nonchalantly prepare to turn them into Christmas, thanksgiving and Easter dinner respectively and suddenly i am dead.... turns out i had walked into a cloud of gas...but i had the sound turned up and me and my mates jumped about 27 feet in the air each when the explosion occured....epic though

I was playing firefight in Halo 3 ODST, I was using my pistol to pick off grunts and Jackals. I was using the scope, and as soon as I zoomed out, I noticed a brute with a gravity hammer was behind me. I had time to back away and make a few futile shots before it slammed my face into the wall. Kinda reminds me of that scene in Halo Landfall.
