He's from Iceland, which as Norway is very nordic, and he didn't feel the need to go into explanations, (common knowledge) so I think he's right. It's probably an ultra rare phenomenon but it's more common in Iceland, which few people hear much about. Also, his take would make it a natural phenomenon which doesn't require complex, conspiracy theory explanations, so it's probably right.
My other thought is that it's a projector. What I find disturbing is that the media seems to be in on it (if it's a hoax.) because they didn't say if there were clouds or not. It's very easy to project things on clouds. If it were a missile, it would be spinning much faster. Also, the shape there is very natural looking, so while it may be a projector, it's probably a natural phenomenon. That's my take.
