but weird as in sound or weird as in lyrics
As far as lyrics go most of the music I've heard is pretty weird. Take Death of a martian by Red Hot Chili Peppers for example or the lyrics from an average visual kei band.
As for Sound I think Venetian Snares takes the cake
Albums like "Rossz csillag alatt született" and "Hospitality" are just ADD in music form.
And as for wierd game music Akira Yamaoka is pretty weird too. (you know silent hill composer)
