I have a compressed nerve, I think, that makes my face pretty asymmetrical.
But you still can't really notice it unless you know it's there.
As for anything actually interesting, nope, nothing.
Unless you count being allergic to trees of any kind as interesting. (And if you do, you're probably insane, extremely bored or a very odd biologist)

I have 2 1/2 kidneys. That is, one of my kidney's is mutated and is roughly 150% the size on a normal kidney.
I'm the opposite - one of my kidneys is much smaller than the other. The normal sized one does all the hard work to make up for it.

I was also born without any wisdom teeth whatsoever. Apparently that makes me a product of evolution.

I also have one freckle on the bottom of each foot, a place you don't get freckles.

That's about it though.

I can pop my thumb out like this
Only picture of a double jointed thumb like mine and it has a stupid filter on >.<

Also, no one ever realizes how strong my legs are unless I either kick them or let them feel them. The rest of me is rather normally built, but my legs are insanely powerful.

@EightGaugeHippo: Same here with the thumb thing.

I also used to have a speech impediment. Just confused back and front consonant sounds like c/t and d/g, oh and r/l as well. Sometimes it comes back, so watch out if you VOIP me.

I have a little bit of skull missing just above my left eye, you would never notice unless you came and felt it. There is a similar indentation above my right eye but its not quite so big.

I'm the only person in my family that doesn't need glasses.

I get really really horny when I'm exhausted. I don't know why but I really get horney when I haven't had my 8 hours. As it turns out, because I only got about 3 hours sleep because of being called out for work I am pretty tired right now. Anyone want to help me out with my problem?

Anyone?

Anyone???

Awww.

Physical? Let's go with the fact that I broke my left shoulder when I was 2. How, you ask? Why, by crashing into a buffalo at night!
My God. That's badass right there.

As for me!

I have scars on every limb, and my eyebrow's misshapen (it's subtle enough that only an ex-girlfriend of mine ever really noticed) from a baseball that I neglected to catch when I was in grade 8. To top that off, the knuckles on my right ring finger are misaligned from my high school hobby of wall-punching.

I have two bad eyes, but I can see fine. One sees good at far way, and the other sees good at close up. Also, when ever I get shocked (like stick your finger in a socket shocked) I don't get hurt, I just get really happy and full of energy.

People don't realise I have a fingernail missing unless they look at my hands or if I'm pointing to something for example.
I have some scars on my back from when I was younger and messing around with the ironing board and knocked the iron on myself. I had to get cut out of my clothes >.< They're not too bad and not many people look at my back.

My earlobes are triangular. I suppose it's not that weird, but I was teased about it (mostly by my sister...).

Physically:

The doctor who delivered me ended up breaking my collor-bone. So now it still hurts alittle.

I have a scar behind my eyebrow from slipping and hitting my head on the side of the shower when I was younger. But the bone behind it was so strong it broke the skin and I needed to get stiches.

I can kick with 500lbs of force because my legs are so strong. As proof, I have kicked through the wall of my house one time on accident.

Mental:

I have Aspergers Syndrome. Although people usually find that out quick because I will say something completely random that people who know me know what I am saying, but to someone who just met me, they will be very confused. This turned into an inside joke with one of my friends, as she heard me say a weird thing, and then not knowing what I had asked "What are you smoking and where can I get some?" Now that she knows the true about me, she will still say that if I say something goofy or making little since to everyone but me.

I have this weird lump of skin on the lower left corner of my back. It's been around ever since I was a baby. And pretty much no one knows what it is. Thankfully, it's nothing serious and it's just something weird that I have.

I have a tiny scar between my eyes which I believe originated from me breaking my nose when I was 4-ish. Nobody's ever noticed it until I point it out, then that's all they seem to notice.

Also, a non physical one: I kinda repeat sounds I hear like a parrot. Chances are some people have noticed that though xD
I misread that as that you keep hearing a sound that's kind of like a parrot. Aww...

I sometimes hear distant screams. Nobody else has ever noticed it, so I'm worried I'm the only one.

I was once tied to a tree and beaten with large wooden stilts when I was seven by two eleven year olds, so my chest is slightly wonky. It's only a little noticeable when I'm lying down.

I had a nervous breakdown followed by clinical depression due to psychological torture. Nobody realizes this as I've managed to come out fairly well rounded.

As a really young boy, I died and then was defibrillated due to an illness that made my own antibodies dangerous to me.

I have been stabbed.

I have succumbed to alcohol poisoning.

I was trapped underwater by ice.

Despite all of this, I'm a very physically and emotionally healthy person, thanks very much. :D

Julius Caesar developed a similar condition after a head injury during which he was captured by pirates.

My eyes change colour depending on my mood. They go between a light grey, light green and brown. Most people don't notice because i'm usually in a pretty consistant mood when I deal with them. I don't know what it means because I never run to the mirror when my mood changes.
Mine do too, but not as drastic as that. They are usually hazel, but when I'm angry or upset they go bright yellow and other times they are a deep green.
Huh.

My eyes have always been a little inconsistent in colour. I figured it was down to lighting. Never considered if it was my mood before.

This warrants closer observation...

Also, I'd say eyes turning bright yellow is pretty damn drastic.

Also, this makes you a Sith Lord :D
