Weird Things You Get Paranoid About

Personally, I get paranoid about visiting the same store twice in one day. I always think the cashiers are talking about me...

I get really paranoid when other people watch me on the computer, or playing games.

I'm not doing anything even remotely sketchy, I don't know why I get so uncomfortable.

Im always Paranoid about everything! Mostly people whispering near me, or when I hear my name in conversation. Or people walking near me...Hmmmm...

I get really paranoid about meeting people I've known only through the phone or the likes.
I also get really uncomfortable about other people seeing my personal living and working spaces.

And I hate being in a room that doesn't have a mirror or highly reflective piece of glass or metal.

I get really paranoid when I hear plane engines overhead. My heart starts racing and i listen out for the whistle of bombs being dropped. If I ever had to live near an airfield I swear I'd gett a panic attack at some point.

When someone's watching me, judging me, it's haunting. I can't really drive with my dad for example...

I get paranoid about going to sleep in a completely silent room. I need to have a fan going otherwise I can't sleep.

I get paranoid around pastors and psychiatrists. No real reason, just weird about it.

I get incredibly paranoid that I'm going to lose my iPod, my phone, my keys, or my wallet, and if I don't feel the familiar weight of each one in my pockets, then I start to freak out, even if the missing iPod happens to be in my hand.

Well, I have actual paranoia and boy, I can appreciate all of those. I get a lot of weird stuff that most people would be "why that worrying you" like you're best friend says he'll call you at 5. he doesn't and you start freaking out that he hates you for some reason. Then he calls at 515 and apologizes cause he was stuck in traffic.

As for weird ones, someone walking behind me but only if they at a certain distance and at a certain pace. If they closer or farther away or walking slower/faster is fine, but that "unsweet spot" and I have to actually stop and wait for them to pass, which tends ot get weird looks and sometimes comments.

I do the same. Wallet, phone, keys... where are my keys. I'm driving. I can walk down one hallway and check them 2 or 3 times.

I double lock my car. I check 2-3 times my front door is locked. I'm paranoid about lots of things but thoses are the biggest.

I get paranoid when I'm around people and I'm listening to music with headphones/earbuds on.
I always feel like I'm breathing obnoxiously loud and EVERYBODY can hear it except for me.

this was when i was younger an just lernt about spy cameras etc, i became paranoid that they were on me an that people were watching me walk around ergh freaky stuff

I work at a walmart. Trust me, they are.

On a serious note i am paranoid that the chickens are plotting the overthrow of mankind with the delicious fried chicken...

I get really paranoid when people are being productive around me while I'm idle, I feel like they're about to remark on how lazy I am.

I'm always worried that if I'm rude to a waiter he/she will spit in my food or otherwise mess with it, so I make sure to be super nice and tip high in case I go back to that restaurant again. Lately I've just stopped eating out.

I get really paranoid about locking and unlocking things. Even after trying to open all my doors I sometimes still go back and check anyway.
