Yesterday, I saw someone from my school eating a hotdog with ketchup smeared all of over it and the bun so that it looked like it had a thin slime coating on it, and the bun stained and saturated with it. I choose this as well, I hate the fat on something like a steak.
You got the nice consistent texture and then the fat comes along, being all impossible to chew and slimy.
Great way to ruin an otherwise delicious meal.
