That takes the cake, buddy...

Best I've got is people thinking I'm either a Freshman (I still don't get their logic) or Emo (Just because I wear all black doesn't make me emo...)
Doesn't it get hot though? And I honestly have no idea how someone would have mistaken me for this:
Did you perhaps happen to be cracking an oyster on your chest? XD

That makes for an awesome story either way.

And surprisingly, no. It's perfectly fine in the winter as things tend to balance out, but so far now that it's getting hotter the only thing that's bothered me is my black jeans, which I recently switched out for my black shorts. I still wear a T-shirt (usually black but I switch it to a featureless green/red every now and then.) and my black jacket and feel normal all day.

that as a girl i couldnt learn yugioh on my own....right

let me set this straight

1)i am a girl
2) yes i play yugioh
3) i started when i got two decks on discount (one yugi, one kiba) when the game first came out. up to this time wed been passing my GB color back and forth at lunch and gone through about $45 in AA batt, so i needed something new to fill our time.

Now im at a big tourney, i just beat this guy.... badly. and he says

"Whoa, you play this good! i need to meet the boyfriend who taught you how. That would be a real challenge"

thankfully someone with him read the death glare i gave the speaker correctly and kept him out of my way for the rest of the day

I started out with a Yugi deck. No one at my school actually played by the rules though and it was two years later when I went to tournaments that actually took skill to win. Now... oh jeeze you make me want to bring my deck to college and see just how much a two year old deck will get creamed nowadays.

edit: You can add this to your list of weird assumptions: You're fat, single, and annoying.

that was a joke, please don't take offense. : )

Most people think I'm in my 20's, I'm 18. (Maybe it's because I haven't shaved in like 4 months? No that can't be it even before then when I did shave.)

People think I take things too seriously, or I'm being too serious about something. I'm hardly ever serious, seriously I'm not. (Could be because I'm so intimidating, how many people can you make shut up by just looking at them?)

And I'm always being asked why I'm so mad/sad which I'm not.

That I was born without emotions. Fact is, I try not to let anything "rattle" me, or get me angry/sad/whatever. I try to stay calm and focused so I can deal with anything that happens around me in a simple, efficient manner.

Problem is, like the assumption, this rubs a few people the wrong way about my personality, specifically my mother, who is an emotional wreck and thinks I don't love her.

Doesn't help that I often play this up for laughs with a deadpan "I feel nothing" my friends coined up.

That I was American and Jewish.

Seriously.. Just because I have fairly curly hair and an ambiguous accent..

And I can never be pissed off.

A few of my friends joke that I have a penis that stretches down to my ankles.

I got this just the other day, one of my brothers friends mentioned it like it was casual thing to assume.

Just wondering since I live in Hawaii now, and you wear all black, people tend to stare at you weirdly.

People think I'm a Satanist, usually the Christians from my old school. Still trying to figure out why exactly.

I don't think I've ever gotten an odd stare, just people ask every now and then if I'm emo.

There was an occassion where some random chick took a picture of me on the Subway though. I was blind for, like, 5 minutes. I still haven't a clue what that was about.

I'm gay.

Thta was a very awkward day when a kid who I thoguht was gay told me he thought I was.

Both of us like women... a LOT as I found out later.
yeah I got this, I had no idea why. Same thing with the guy I thought was gay (Although I am pretty sure he is actually gay)

OT: Someone once assumed I was going to go all kill crazy and murder my entire maths class after year 12. I honestly have no idea where he got that idea from. (not sarcasm I actually don't know)

When I wear baggy guy's clothes and put on a baseball cap, people think I'm a a very young, pretty boy.

I do not dissuade them. I get a kick out of it. I'm thinking of trying my luck at bars...how many girls can I reverse trap?

j/k I'm way too shy to do that.

I get called emo all the time, damn this accursed black hair! And people oftentimes think I have a temper problem, because I'm a tad short. -sigh- Whatever.
