A friend of mine often relates me to things such as strawberries and radishes. Because of the hot sun I can normally be seen with a somewhat red face.

"Hey, hottie!"
-A girl today

I have very low self-esteem.
Pardon my confusion, but is it not a compliment to be called a hottie?
I have very low self-esteem.
That is to say that you interpreted it as a snide remark, embodied with spiteful sarcasm?
No, though a past me would have. I just thought it was weird and that this girl has very, very low standards.
Interesting.

Reminds me of the quote,

"I wouldn't date anyone with such standards that they would have me in the first place."

*shrug*

I do not know you, what you look like, or anything really substantial about your personality. I cannot make a determination concerning the standards that would result in you being called a 'hottie,' or not.
I'm not posting a picture.

My sincere apologies if I gave you the impression that I was seeking a picture of you. I was merely stating the limitations of my judgment in the matter.

LOL. I didn't intend for you to take that too seriously. Don't worry about it. =D

I shall seek to do so [not worry].

However, I seek, both on and off the internet, to present an air of respectability and accord that I feel is often missing from our present conversational mediums. That is to say, I enjoy being polite.

This mindset does not readily allow for accidentally giving someone the impression that I am after photographic evidence of their attractiveness. You will have to forgive, therefore, my rather fervent reaction to the implied impression.

*wipes his brow*

That said, Happy Internetting!

Because I am the shortest amongst my circle, and have a fair amount of arm and leg hair, they frequently call me hobbit, even though I am a full foot and a half taller than even the tallest hobbit ever mentioned in the books. Last time I looked I was 5'6 I think? Maybe 5'7 or 5'8.
Sometimes I get comments on how I am long-legged as well.

My friend and I have classified people in this manner. As looking like a:
duck
hamburger
Smurf
berry
and so on and so forth. Pretty much just random objects, but the funny thing was, they actually looked similar to the people we were talking about.

I've been told by a girl in middle school that I have a big butt, only she used some slang term for it I don't understand nor remember. I'm unsure if that was an insult or a compliment, though I presume the former.

I don't know if it would count as a comment BUUUUUUUUUUUT

A girl I knew in high school grabbed my crotch and loudly asked "Is this thing real?!".
O_O The fuck!? I've seen some weird things, but I think that tops the charts.

OP: My hands are apparently so small that my friends have taken to calling them "hamster hands". I've also had people call me "adorable" because of my height.

"Oh my god, you look just lime snow white!"

At that point I was a 5'10" brown-haired, relaitvely large man with a beard. :p

Now I'm a normal/slim bloke, but everything else is the same.
