Weirdest thing I've consumed: Haggis. Great tasting, by the way.
Weirdest thing I've heard of: Tentacle Grape soda. One day I will drink some and it will be awesome!
Just be careful your not dressed like a Japanese School Girl

OT: I heard of this one Japanese dish where the fish was served and eaten alive.

i really don't know what the strangest food i've had is, i really don't think that haggis is too odd, then meatloaf or la tourtierre would be the same

i've had calamari and oysters and frogs legs and shark steaks and sword fish and such but never found it all that odd

Snails, squid and octopus.

Seriously, who was it that thought they would be good to eat?
Don't know, nor do I want to find out.
fried squid (calamari) is delicious. my choice for this thread would have to be bull testicles

I've heard of Aloe based drinks but compared to curry soda ... that seems kind of tame.

As for exotic foods, I will only eat salad if it is seaweed salad. I love calamari [and steamed tentacles as well] My favorite burgers are made of Bison meat and, the weirdest thing I've eaten would be either Alligator and/or Kangaroo meat in deep-fried nugget form

I've eaten dog. That may not be so weird in some places, but it's definitely unusual where I come from.

Menudo. Its sheep and cow stomach soup. Its delicious.

I've also eat raw whelk (snail). It wasn't bad, but it was just really chewy.

It's not really wierd, especially in Northern England, but most people run a mile when you tell them what black pudding is... Nom :)
