He said he loved me too much. Made no sense.
Actualy, he may have thought you didn't love him as much as he loved you. Granted, one party always loves the other more, but maybe he felt the gap was too big, and wanted to say it in a way that wouldn't make you blame yourself.
Then again, I don't really know the guy.

Not me personally, but a few mates of mine...
Him: "I knew you didn't like my hair that long, so I got it cut!"
Her: "You got a haircut without talking to me about it?!"
Him: "It's just a haircut..."
Her: "That's it, we're finished!"
This one here probably made me laugh the most.

I once dumped a girl because her natural walking speed was too fast. Honestly.
Could you not keep up with her or something?

I myself had not had this situation, but a few of my friends have.
My friend got dumped because his gf's parents had a divorce and she needed someone to get angry at.
My brother got dumped because the relationship "lasted too long".
Your friend - Ouch, that's harsh.
Your brother - that has to be the stupidest reason.....

Bingo.
And that's possible as well, but I like my guess as to his reasons better...
Actualy, so do I. It's so much more fun to just assume everyone is batshit crazy.

gah i got dumped to weeks ago because i broke the nose of a guy who was beating up my girlfriend and then she got mad at me as he turned out the be her best friend......
so then she dumped me because she thinks of me as a insensitive asshole

i guess it's all for the better ... if she prefers being beaten up by her friends then protected by her boyfriend
This is fucking hilarious to me. How stupid do you have to be to enjoy getting beaten up?
Hell, getting help in a fair fight isn't anything to get mad about, let alone getting help when you're not fighting back.
Well, unless your friend makes it two on one and you both get your asses kicked. Then it's embarrassing.
he wasnt my friend.... he was HER best friend making it all the more perfect no?
I've encountered quite a lot of similar situations, actualy. Would you know if the two of them had ever been romantically involved?

Last GF broke up with me because (and I quote from the MSN convo) "you're more like a big brother to me than a boyfriend".

Hmm

Edit: Inb4 "She's your sister" etc, No, she's a mate who's 2 years younger than me.

Ok so I don't usually tell this story anymore because when I do people either don't believe me, or think I'm bragging about what happened. I don't know why because this was one of the most...disappointing events of my life.

First year university I had been going out with this girl for a few months and since at the time I was a virgin I was excited, to say the least, when we decided to have sex. So while trying to skip as many details as possible, I'll get to the point. When we tried to get started , it didn't fit. I know what you are thinking, babies come out of there how could it not fit. Well that's what I was thinking too, me being new at the whole procedure I wasn't quite sure what to do. Since she had done it before, I asked her if I was going doing it right, if she needed more foreplay or whatever but she said everything was go and to just keep trying "it should just slide right in." So I kept trying but for some reason the pained expression on her face and occasional squeal weren't helping things much. Eventually we had to quit and we promised to try it again sometime later.

We didn't. She went away to see her family that weekend and I got a breakup call without a clear reason of why, but I knew. Now it's five years later and I can laugh about how I got dumped because I was too much man for her, but when it happened it was a terrible experience.

Wait why did you actually break up with her?
The reason in a nutshell: She was cutting herself, I was trying to convice her not to, I got tired of trying after a whole year and just told her cousin to tell her mother and I stopepd talking to her.

Having someone being an emo (I didn't even know what an emo was untill I met her) at you for a whole year wears on a bit. It was very strange.

A girl broke up with me (just a week ago) because her mom hated me hardcore for no apparent reason. Apparently she doesn't like men who get near perfect grades in school, considering now she is going out with my friend (who is dumbshit as a rock, I'm sorry lol) and her mom is perfectly fine with it. I'm so confused!!

Mine have always been pretty mundane. My first girlfriend and I broke up because we ran out of things to talk about, and neither of us cared by that point. My latest girlfriend broke up with me about fifteen seconds before I could break up with her (using the reason I was going to use).

My friends, though, have had some real doozies.

My best friend got broken up with by his long-term girlfriend because she wanted to make some friends on her own. All right, I could at least sort of see that. She then tells him that she eventually wants to marry him, even though they were broken up. Then she goes and does drugs, gets drunk, and uses him as a shoulder to cry on. They stay broken up for a while, and he eventually finds a new girl. She goes nuts.

One of my other good friends' girlfriend resorted to getting him to break up with her. From what I hear, that's just how she does it, but it still threw him for a loop when he traveled half way across the country to spend a long weekend with her, only to have her subtly try to get him to break up with her.

I could keep up fine, it's just that she walked slightly faster than the normal speed for no good reason, fucking infuriated me.

You ever heard of any other "Edward" that girls obssess over?

I don't have a serious problem with Twilight, though. Just the fantards like my ex.
